"Friendly staff good people "

"I have stayed here multiple times prior to leaving out of O'hare, and will again. Well stocked bar, a few "casino" machines, good food, safe area, sometimes a little difficult to park, can safely leave car for your vacation with a stay pre or post flight. Shuttle to/from airport. VERY pleasant staff. What I call a 5star 3 star hotel. It's not the Ritz but it's MORE than adequate. "

"Really great value. Enjoyed my stay and the Unos on site. Room needs to be updated. Couch is a great touch but you sink through it. Staff is overall great. Jennifer at the front desk is an all star. Lee not so much but maybe just having a bad day. Would come back. "

"Location is great. It is on a busy and loud street of course. Couldn't hear any airplane traffic. The room we got was with 2 queen beds, spacious, with mini fridge (no freezer), microwave, wardrobe with mirror, another big mirror, even night light in the bathroom, which I love. Breakfast was good, nothing spectacular. As long as they have waffles, I am happy. There was also egg/cheese omelette, bacon, cereal, oatmeal, fruit yogurt, and dry stuff like mini muffins, bread, etc. The staff was nice, checking in and out was fast."

"The staff were helpful in unloading our luggage and transporting to our room. Front desk was always available to assist with incidentals. Clean room and bedding was comfortable. "
