The Hotel Chalet at The Choo Choo

"We absolutely LOVED our stay at The Hotel Chalet in Chattanooga! My husband, our pup Peso, and I stayed in one of the train cars, and it was such a cool and unique experience. The entire property has an amazing vibe — from the lobby and pool to the train cars, Caboose courtyard, nearby restaurants and outdoor spaces. It honestly felt like you were in your own little world! The property is also extremely dog-friendly, which we really appreciated. Peso was welcomed with lots of smiles and made to feel right at home. We enjoyed drinks in the Caboose courtyard while listening to live music, and there were so many great places within walking distance to grab a drink or a meal. The surrounding area had such cool venues and some of the friendliest people we met during our trip. And the train car itself?! SO cool. With the Tennessee heat absolutely BEATING down, we were honestly surprised by how comfortable and cool our room stayed. It was incredibly spacious, the bathroom was beautiful, and the bed was SO comfortable. We even had our own little dinette set outside the train car where we enjoyed some late-night wine — such a fun little touch. Our only regret is that we only stayed one night! We didn't even get a chance to enjoy the pool, so clearly we'll have to come back. We loved everything about The Hotel Chalet and will 100% be back. If you're looking for somewhere unique, comfortable, dog-friendly and full of personality, HIGHLY recommend checking this place out."

"This was the third time I have stayed at this location. The first two times I had zero issues. This time I went to put some drinks in the fridge and realized it wasn't working at all. I went to the front desk and let them know. They bought a replacement fridge and swapped them out. They were very helpful and polite. Definitely recommend staying at this location."
