Perfect location for a NYC adventure. Staff was fantastic! They went above and beyond in many areas. Would definitely recommend this area. Perfect walking distance to all areas of NYC and very clean area!

The rooms was impeckable in its' cleaniless and the turn down service was very nice. Cloean, comfortable, very quite and walking distance to shopping and resturants. The wifi worked well for the first 2 days but not well during the day of my departure. The front desk staff was very friendly but not effecient. Case in point, when I checked in I asked for a nearby watch / jewary store location. I was told they would call me - never happened. I asked for a 9am wakeup call - it came 30 minutes late. I'd give the hotel a 4 star - only becuase the staff follow through was poor.
