The Dwellings are not out in the middle of nowhere as I thought…they are located on the highway, in town, and with traffic noise. While on the back patio, the view is beautiful and the traffic noise is not so bad…

Beautiful view! Nice unit and we enjoyed our stay. Unit 3 has a bit of shade to enjoy the view during the late afternoon. About 20 minutes from Zion which was great. It looks like they are building a pool/hottub which would make this a perfect place to stay.

Great property with room to spread out. Nice views of the Virgin River and the communication from the property was excellent. Super close to Hurricane and Zions National Park. Definitely recommend!

Perfect for what we needed: a comfortable and quiet place to sleep with kitchenette to have breakfast each morning. Stylish and comfortable and in close proximity to amenities like restaurants, grocery etc.

What an incredible place! The view… setting… easy access to a fabulous restaurant that met our breakfast… dinner and coffee needs. The house was comfortable… clean… and had everything our family of four needed to make us feel at home. We stayed in one of the Shocking View Stackers and it was true to its name.

The views are so beautiful and the property itself has everything needed for a short stay, however, the front door to the property is in serious need of some WD40. It creaks so loudly that it woke our baby up every time my husband or I had to get something from the car (and that was with our white noise machine already running).

Lovely property. The view of the canyon is great. Lots of little extra touches make it unique. I feel like they do everything to make our stay as perfect as possible. Wish our trip had allowed time for at least two nights. Very relaxing and so comfortable.

The view and personal outdoor area are beautiful! There is a well-maintained path down to the river and a great cafe/restaurant next door. Be prepared for traffic noise. If you're looking for peace & quiet or to spend lots of time in the room - the sound is a consideration. If you're out all day and fine to use earplugs at night then you'll enjoy winding down here.

The set up at the Dwellings was perfect for us and our Labradoodle (awesome to have the fenced-in yard and the hiking trail right in front). Will be even better when the hot tub opens! The food and the people at River Rock Roasting next door were also great — so nice to be able to walk over for takeout or to eat on their lovely patio. Only downside is the traffic noise, but it wasn’t terrible. Would be a great place to stay while visiting Zion. We will be back!

Perfect !!!
Super clean and great Views !!! It was perfect for us. We had zero issues with noise from the road. River Rock Roasting right next door was a huge plus we went there every day for breakest. It was nice to have TV 's in every room and they were good size we will use again. No complaints at all from our visit.

Nice place
Amazing views, loved having a kitchenette. Was able to cook for myself and husband as we’re there for an anniversary getaway. A little loud in the afternoons but nothing that was horrible, small town so quieted down pretty early.

Amazing Room
Loved the comfort of the room bed was soft and the sofa was also comfortable to lounge on. The small kitchen was a bonus to cook small meals. Only downfall is the shower water gets everywhere due to not have anything to block it so constantly cleaning up the water after showering. Everything else was amazing balcony view is so nice watching the sunset! 30 minutes from Zion and St. George to go look around.

This is our 4th time staying at the Dwellings. This was our first time staying in #18, Loved the views and quietness. The only thing that was a not cleaned well was the front door into the house while looking out at the view we could see dog paw marks all over the main door glass on the double doors. We like # 14 the best so far which is a lil more spacious.

In general de unit was ok, there were some kitchen items missing & the real issue was in the bathroom. one of the frames of the door was damaged because the fungus. Really disgusting.

The weather was too cold/windy to enjoy the deck on #11, but the view was fantastic. Our stay was pleasant and the staff was incredibly responsive when we had an issue during our stay. Great coffee shop/restaurant directly next door (River Rock Roasting Co.) that we enjoyed every day! We had no issues with road noise during the night, though the beds were not very comfortable. Otherwise, very happy with our stay.

Nice space with a beautiful balcony view! The room was clean and all we needed for our stay. Road noise was a little louder than expected, but nothing we didn’t sleep through after long days in Zion.

Check in was super easy, you get a code in the morning that unlocks your room. Owners are always easily reachable over the phone if you need something. Even though the units were close together, it was super quiet. Gorgeous view perfect for eating breakfast or dinner outside.
