La Veleta Trip

The traveling agent company that they have inside their hotel to help schedule or buy tickets for the Coco bongo club and adventures/ attractions is a scam, I bought tickets to go to the Coco bongo and the next day got a call and a lady came up to me stating they had to cancel our tickets because it’s a private event but when we walked in front of the club and they were trying to get us to buy tickets to go in, it’s been two weeks and still have not received a refund. $200 GONE!!!!!!

I got charged extra for adding my wife to the room! For 585$ !!!! This is crazy! I never had something like that! The room was hot- the Ac not working good The tv not working for other apps to watch movies on smart tv. The shower was horrible.

I was disappointed. I was truly expecting way more from this resort. My first day was horrible. Both the phone room and security box didn't work, and they made me go to the reception from an eight floor, three times to fix the problem, and the worst thing is that the phone was finally fixed the next day…. This is truly embarrassing. I feel for the staff, they are nice people - spiritually speaking - but they are slow as hell… Sometime you have to shout them up to get attended. I had to serve my own coffee one time taking a breakfast because they kept me waiting. The towels service is another… a couple of times I had to wait for the towels to be ready. In other words, what it was supposed to be a relaxing and resting experience, ended up being - at times - a nightmare to fix problems I didn’t create. I also feel these guys don’t have a pretty good budget. I heard from a distance how a couple of bartenders were speaking of going to work somewhere else because salaries were short. I honestly hope The Seadust owners wake up! And realize this is not how you are supposed to treat your customers. Ultimately, this whole review is for constructive purposes. I just want to help out by giving you my honest opinion. Peace & Love.
