"A beautiful location in the Pyrenees, this hotel was charming and welcoming. A lovely room with a view of the mountains and welcoming staff. I was a bit disappointed that the restaurant was closed the evening i was there but I had a nice meal at the restaurant next door. No elevator and no air conditioning were the only slight negatives but it didn't negatively affect my stay. Recommended!"

"Lovely location and friendly staff. But - weird how restaurant not used for breakfast- instead we are in a different room. And PLEASE can you have more than just the one member of staff in the bar! Poor man was doing everything on his own!"

"The hotel welcome was good, it’s a big place with parking, good rooms and comfortable beds. Strange that there is only one light in the room, a bedside lamp would make it better. Breakfast was ok though disorganised with big queues to get in, only one coffee machine and difficult to find plates, cups etc. that had run out and not been replenished. For the price, we were not disappointed."

"Bien localisé pour Vielha et vallée Baqueira, stationnement facile, déjeuner compris. Odeur d'égout dans salle de bain, pas de clim ni ventilation dans la salle de bain. Il y a un ventilateur sur un bureau dirigé vers le lit."

"This hotel was booked at the last moment due to the other hotel being unable to supply any food, this hotel ticked all the boxes, quick check-in, secure motorcycle parking (paid), friendly helpful staff, the breakfast was fresh and well presented, the evening meal was also freshly served. Will return again."

"Totally refurbished and new...bfast superior...employees absolutely proud and keen to serve and help, beyond their requirements. Barthroom refurbished to high standards. As a note, just like Singapore, space is critical and rooms are a bit tight, but that's general in Singapore, HK or mountain places like Vielha, yet plenty of wardrobe space. Thumbs up to Hotel Viella."
