"Great cosy hotel with brilliant service and lovely food. !"

"A lovely place and room for our stopover on the way back from SW France. Olivier and Bruno were very helpful and a good breakfast included. Would totally recommend."

"Trop bien ! Vaut le détour !"

"The family hosting this place were great. However the photos on the website don’t exactly match what you get. "

"Excellent value for money, no complaints at all. We've paid a lot more for much poorer quality accommodation. Would definitely stay here again."

"La chambre très bien. "

"The welcome the building and the food"

"Great value. Good choice. Verypleased"

"Really nice place to stay!"

"Great host with a beautiful property. I will recommend to all. The breakfast was great and we all appreciated. "

"This is a great place. If you are thinking of going to Chinon, stay here."

"All very good"

"Was in Chinon for a wedding. Couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay. Absolutely lovely in every way. Will definitely come back!"

"What a superb little place, not so little as the dog and I had the house to ourselves. If you want something which is quiet, safe, typically French and within a 10 minute walk of a fab bistro in the village then this is for you. Host was superb, great communication and attention. Would highly recommend as a pit stop if driving from UK to Spain."

"Beautiful hotel with magnificent view, very nice staff"

"Beautiful house and accomodations, delicious breakfast, welcoming owner, close to several castles. This was a great place to stay while visiting the region!"

"Great staff , aging facilities"

"It’s an old building… with an overgrown garden like an haunted mansion. First impression was to run… seemed like a horror movie set. Old furniture with dantesque paintings in this dark manor. BUT… we stayed as was only a motorway stop. Dinner was in the middle of the garden… and food was AMAZING. Room was super specious and super clean… with all the accessories. Breakfast was generous and well presented in a room from 1830!! Great value for money… and super well connected to lovely locations...
