Wonderful Everything

Perfect location near the La Spezia main shopping area and train station. The innkeeper Andrea was very helpful in advising us about the area and what we could do in our too short of a stay. We are planning another European trip for next year and this place is definitely on our short list.

This is a converted apartment. The owner is lovely and helpful and the room was immaculate and comfortable. The pictures online lead you to believe it’s a separate hotel. It’s on the third floor of a building. That said, the owner was great. No complaints

Andrea was a terrific host - always kind and attentive and helpful. The location is great - close to the train station and convenient access any time. The room was spacious, lovely and comfortable

Centrally located and clean hotel!

We had an amazing stay here! The location is a great home base to explore the five towns of Cinque Terre—you’re close to the train station and don’t have to haul your luggage up mountainous areas. Check-in could have been more straightforward. We had to contact the property before our stay to get directions on how to check in, but once we were in contact with Andrea, he provided us with clear instructions. The room was extremely clean and the mini fridge was stocked with some Coke and water for free. The only issues we had was the Wifi and the shower drainage. The Wifi never worked—we had better connectivity in the city than in the room. The shower did not drain properly and water pooled, making us concerned that it would flood the floor. Luckily it didn’t! Would stay here again and recommend it to anyone wanting to explore Cinque Terre.

Excellent stay in La Spezia

What an amazing stay at Echi del Mare. Alessendro, the host couldn’t do enough for us. Gave us great information about the area and nothing was too much trouble. Echi del mare is just a short walk from one of the main streets where there are lovely shops and restaurants. The appt itself was spotlessly clean, and deco lovely sea themed. Lots of little touches, with complimentary toiletries, tea, coffee, biscuits and water. Breakfast vouchers were given to us. We had an excellent breakfast in one of the lovely little cafe just a short walk away. We had a great range of food to choose from. We will definitely stay at Echi del Mare again.

Maravilhoso!

Lugar maravilhoso! Tudo novo, limpo, cheiroso. As roupas de cama muito limpas. O local é bem próximo à estação central e de lojas e restaurantes. O atendimento também é maravilhoso. Super recomendo!

Parfait pour Cinq Terres et plus

Chambre très propre, et très confortables proche de la gare et de la rue principale. Andrea est très sympa et accueillant. Il est très réactif et a su nous aider. Parfait pour visiter la Spezia tout comme le parc des Cinq Terres.
