The staff were kind and went out of their way to help, even keeping our luggage after checkout so we could enjoy a full final day before flying home. It made our quick trip feel relaxed and easy."

"It was basic. Staffs were having hard times with the other guests. We were not given hand towels as they have been going missing. Recycling or garbage sorting was shockingly absent, once again due to the nature of the other guests/residents."
