From the moment you walk through the hotel door and you are offered a welcome drink you know you have chosen the right hotel! The staff work as a team and are friendly and helpful. It’s very clean throughout and we couldn’t fault the excellent housekeeping team. Breakfast options are delicious. The hotel bar and restaurant are really good and the hotel is located near many local restaurants and near the old town of Marbella. We will definitely be returning to this hotel in the future."

"I'm trying to be as objective as I can. Property was great. Views, great. Worth it. Pools were closed, not good. We ran out of water in the room, (Wife Pregnant) asked the front desk lady, we were told to wait until night time to get refills from the cleaning staff. What is the world right? Weird. There was a restaurant down stairs right by the stairs, 8 PM, we asked if we could stop by for some dessert or light snacks, we got told to go to the bar area instead. We want to the bar area, bar area doesn't serve drinks after 6 they said. So we just went inside our rooms and made tea there. On another day, a gentleman working at night was able to offer us water though. Later we found a loophole that if we want something to drink to go to the gym they have a water station there. It's easier than asking at the front desk because we would be told to wait for night time. Juan working the valet was great. Compensated for the other (older gentlemen with smug face) who was not so great. Juan was helpful, would offer water. Would smile. (Not everyone does that here.) I still chose to leave 5 starts because the property is great, and I would still say its worth to check it out, people like Juan do care and are the reason people should still come it regardless of the folks that work here who should not have a job in hospitality. Besides that, Juan is great. If you come here, if you need any help, talk to Juan. Juan is friendly and likes to help people."
