"The people who owns this place is so unprofessional and rude. I was denied my stay @ this place which was fully paid in advance just because i didn't enter the correct number of guest. I was miles away from the city of lima to just found out i didn't have a place to stay with my family. I do not recommend this place at all."

"I reserved, was charged but never received any details about the property, no phone number or any way to get in contact with the property manager. When we arrived, of course without any info we were not able to stay. Thank God for the Homeaway representative who was amazing! She accommodated us to a nearby hotel. It was my first time booking through this system and was not a good experience."

"This property has the potential to be amazing, but we had trouble with insects and there were no screens on the windows to keep them out (and no AC) We also were disappointed with the maintenance practice of apparently using untreated water for the grass, which created a terrible smell. The unit itself was great with lots of space and everything we needed. It had a beautiful ocean view. "Beautiful, cozy hotel by the sea. Faces the sunset but unfortunately we weren’t around to enjoy it. Had non-single use shampoo, conditioner, and shower gel in the bathroom, secure wifi, and charging sockets by the bed. They also leave the weather forecast for the next day on a card in the room, and had a welcome snack and note waiting for us when we checked in. The property is situated approximately 15 minutes walk away from the town centre, resulting in quiet, peaceful mornings and nights. It is easy to get a taxi through the reception too if you are not fond of walking. Due to the compact size of the property, our room was right next to the walkway to the reception and in front of the kitchen, so we had to keep our blinds closed all the time for privacy. Despite that, we enjoyed our stay and wish we had more time to enjoy the hotel and facilities."

"The main reason for this feedback is no one ever makes mistake that we made booking this place. We booked for two days and check out after the first night. It was no nosy until 3:30 am that we did not sleep one second. The structure is elevated containers and it shook all night. The same owner had bar in front of bracha nd this plce and the music did not stop. In addition; the picture is not accurate.. it was dirty; disorganozed; kids pool no water.. all the outdoor furniture full of dirt. I WOULD NOT STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE.. "
