The hotel part is very nice, rooms are clean when you arrive but you do not get housekeeping in to get trash, refresh towels etc. we stayed four days and had 2 rooms. Larkspur Landing South Bend
Room itself was great. Hallway had an unpleasant odor. Ice machines were not working.

Morris Inn
The hotel was amazingly clean with a very large room!! The shower was large with a lot of light. The staff was super friendly and helpful even through our two tornado warnings where we had to gather in the basement.
