This hotel exceeded every expectation and more. Hotel rooms are on the smaller side, but everything is modern, clean and useful. Bathrooms are very nice and general location is stunning. Grounds are really well kept, staff are amazing and pool area is so nice with a fantastic view Plenty of local restaurants within easy walking distance which are a fantastic Will be in a rush to come back

Nice hotel. Excellent pool and rooftop bar. Big bed and comfortable room. Service very good when shower was faulty (fixed in 10 minutes). Parking in front of hotel is limited. Had some problems with lifts not working. Hotel is being run at very high occupancy and sometimes had to que at breakfast for a few minutes. Overall we were happy with the facilities and quality/price. This is a good quality hotel but with a few minor niggles.

Brilliant for those wanting to explore the volcanic area. Quiet and excellent star gazing. Food a little expensive but good quality. Very romantic,I proposed here.

We stayed in Casablanca Apartments July 14 to July 29, a family of four in a 2 bedroom apartment. Our stay was very pleasant and comfortable: 1: Staff: Very professional and pleasant- helpful and friendly - receptionists, bar staff, maids all provided excellent support 2: Apartment: Great size, kitchen well equipped- you need to bring nothing, there is even an oven and juicer, , all has marble floor, nice balcony, TV has 8 English channels, Film 4 BBC1 - BBC 2- ITV-Gold-24 hrs News etc ...

An excellent relaxing stay, great rooftop area with pool. Breakfast was delightful. Comfy beds. Would recommend free parking at the harbour approx 800m away.

As a single woman traveller I had a great stay. I found the hotel staff welcoming, helpful and efficient. A small problem with the shower was fixed within minutes of my reporting it. My room was a good sized double room looking out onto a quiet back street with pleasant balcony. The hotel is spotlessly clean and recently re-decorated with a contemporary feel. We had a double room on the 8th floor , very big room , plenty of space, very large bed, dantastic the hotel is a short stroll from the city center and lago martinez ( great artificial pool); worth a visit for a day but i would recommend to use the hotel facility as the pool is nice. i tried the indoor and outdoor pool , im satisfied with both, visited the SPA for a relaxing massage it was great. Food was excellet and staff very polite, spanish is a requirement

Clean and most importantly quiet, far away from the drunken louts of Los Cristianos, we even slept well over New Year. Decent breakfast and lots of restaurants within a 10 minute walk. Staff excellent, pricey over New Year but fair. Decent pool, lots of parking nearby. Hilly area but within the resort suitable for anyone.

Service is on point, really amazing staff. Lorena at reception was very helpful. Rooms are nice and spacious. Pool staff were so nice, especially Ginscar. Breakfast could be better, the sausages were very oily and the hollandaise sauce on the eggs royal was not hollandaise, expect better from the Ritz. Housekeeping didn’t clean our room on the second day sadly, think there might have been a confusion when we asked them to come back later.

The hotel was central, rooms clean and tidy. Not modern, but very comfortable. Food was great good choice and something for everyone tastes and drinks on All inclusive were also good. Roof top pools great views and clean and tidy area...sun loungers always available and mats. Staff friendly and reception staff helpful and knowledgeable. Great value for money and will stay here again definitely. Mixed visitors so its not just for English but everyone was friendly and sociable.

We chose this hotel because of its central location, and enjoyed being so close to all the local amenities. There was an excellent view of the harbour from the swimming pool terrace and we were able to watch some of the Pre-Carnival Gala evenings from there which was great! Although our room was small, it was equipped with everything we needed and was clean and well maintained. From the first moment of our arrival to the minute we left, the staff were phenomenal and really made this feel like a special holiday! They really could not do enough for us! Beautiful hotel, beautiful little town and an amazing holiday!

Lovely hotel that was close to the beach and ideal for all of the local bars and restaurants. Thoroughly enjoyed this hotel. The food was lovely, the staff were lovely and the place was lovely. Really enjoy the pool areas and there were plenty of loungers and umbrellas if needed. Stayed in a couple of H10 hotels now and they certainly know how to look after you. Would definitely return.

Wonderful property well situated to explore the surrounding area!! Friendly, welcoming and helpful staff. The rooms are stunning with every amenity available. Would highly recommend for holidays or business!!!
