"Reviews I read were pretty accurate - the elevator smells funny like burning rubber and the place is a little sad - the noise from the interstate is constant. But for the price it was a decent room that was clean. The very best part of our stay was the delicious Mexican restaurant, Jalapenos, that was just outside the door. Worth the stay just for that!"

"Property is under renovation. I had seen negative reviews, so called ahead and got directions, as the hotel currently does not have a sign and is difficult to find. It is behind a Wendy's just off the highway. Staff is very friendly and helpful, by deluxe room had a working tv with cable, refridgerator, microwave, and coffeemaker. Nice and cozy
"Hotel was a bit worn, but had all the amenities: ironing board, iron, hair dryer, good heater, tall shower, best room darkening curtains I've seen in a hotel (granted most are terrible), window actually opens, breakfast with apples and bananas in addition to the usual carbs and waffles, free toothbrush 'cause I forgot mine, tall mini fridge, microwave, nice decor, and super nice staff. I especially appreciated that the front desk person told me (without prompting) the timing of breakfast, checkout, and that I just had to drop my room keys in a box to check out. Checkout at noon, which is nice."
