"No washcloths in bathroom, matress was rather hard, and i found it difficult to regulate the room temp. Staff was friendly. Most places I stay make breakfast available by at 6:30; here, 7:00, which is inconvenient for earlier flights out or meetings. Certainly not the worst hotel I've stayed at, but not 4-5 star quality. "Hotell var i dålig skick, jag fick byta själv till en annan hotell och betala igen. Jag tycker att den behöver renoveras på nytt, den är inte beredd att ta gäster. Väldigt dålig och möbler är slitna och i dåligt skick. Tyvärr att jag förlorade mina pengar på den."

"The property is in a great location within walking distance to Souk El Had, which is exactly what I was looking for. It does need updating as the rooms are very outdated, but were comfortable. The front desk staff are very nice and helpful. There is however a manager that is usually downstairs that could be a bit more professional. He did not realize that I understand the local language and was rudely talking about me to another staff complaining about me eating a snack in the lobby area. I also...
