"Location is pretty nice, the rushing water sound is very soothing and the staff are excellent! Some people are stating the breakfast wasn't good, but I found there were lots of options, everything tasted great and there were many more options than a typical hotel. The beds were pretty comfy and there were decent pillows provided. The WiFi worked well and the views were pretty good. I was not a fan of the uncontrollable heat that required me to leave the window open whenver I was in the room and the toilet seat was broken, but aside from that everything was pretty nice."

"best value fo centrally located one night stay for a solo traveller during the winter season. Staff kind, you'll find 2 ferrero chocolates and a bottle of water in the room on arrival (and you get another bottle when cheching out). Close to restaurants and shops, it was all I needed that day."

"Overall, enjoyed our stay at hotel. Room had nice mountain view and was clean with comfortable bed. A bit awkward room configuration & a bit cramped for 3 day stay. Good location for walking with access to shops & restaurants. Onsite restaurant not accessible without reservation over holidays - would’ve been great to know that when booking. "
