Easy, clean and simple - quieter location. Pool is well kept and a nice treat

Had an amazing stay at Casa Cupula with my husband in January 2026. The whole place was beautiful, well maintained and interesting to explore. We stayed on the garden level and loved the access to lower-level pool. Staff was all great and attentive, including at the pool club (which hotel guests have free access to). Didn’t want to leave :( Will definitely return again!

Room very clean, staff is very welcoming and gracious, grounds and view are beautiful! Food is excellent and the service is great!! Been going there every February for the past 20 years! Can't wait to go back!

This was are second trip to the resort. We last stayed in January of 2023. The good very clean, food was amazing, nice staff, improvements being made to the resort including adding another tower. The bad no chairs available by the pools or beach after 9:45am, beach area very small, short staff which made wait times longer, being sold as a family resort personally feel that it is set up for couples. Based on cost to stay and how busy we will not be making a third trip back to the resort.

We had a great time! The resort is amazing - the staff members are absolutely wonderful, the rooms are large and beds/pillows comfortable, fun activities, lots of varieties of foosd!
