The room was incredible with a stunning view of the sea. The hotel had so much to do and both the breakfast and dinner had tons of options. Would definitely recommend staying here. "I stayed at this hotel, which is officially rated as 5 stars, but in reality I would give it more of a solid 3 stars. The rooms are very spacious and, most importantly, everything is extremely clean — that’s definitely the hotel’s biggest strength. However, the rooms are quite outdated. Some of the furniture is chipped, the inside of the fridge was cracked, and overall you can see that the place needs renovation. Still, the cleanliness made up for a lot. Breakfast was absolutely perfect. There was everything from a full English to continental options, various drinks, and plenty of healthy choices. Definitely one of the highlights of the stay. I didn’t try the pool because we spent most of our time outside sightseeing. The area around the hotel doesn’t have many restaurants, so it’s not a destination like Los Cristianos. We drove about 10 minutes to the beach, which was great. The hotel is only about 14 minutes by car from the airport, which is convenient, but keep in mind that planes fly directly over the property. If you spend the whole day at the hotel, the noise might start to bother you. Overall, a clean hotel with excellent breakfast, but not up to true 5-star standards. Definitely would come back in future "

"Can't beat it for the price! Spacious room.. a little outdated but spotless and comfy. Everything you need. Lovely views! The thing that really made it are the people. The staff in the paradise pool bar were the best! Nothing was ever a problem for them and you genuinely felt very welcome even when they were busy! Also the staff in the Romys bar upstairs and the entertainment staff were just fab. We only had one meal in Zacharys but the food was lovely! The hotel is located bit of a walk up the hill from the beach but it wasn't a problem for us. Taxi approx 5-6 euros from fanabe beach. The pool was freezing! But we were here end of November when the temps are lower than average. It would probably be quite refreshing in the summer months! Overall excellent! We will be back! "

"Gave the hotel 5 stars but can see why people give lower. Needs a major renovation. Plug sockets didn't work, tv broke etc but we was never in to nake it a problem."

"I had a wonderful time here. The environment was nice, with a quiet, beautiful golf field view and decent swimming pools nearby. The stuff was friendly, attentive and helpful. They even prepared a bottle of complimentary sparkling wine for my birthday when I didn’t mention anything about it. I bought the half board package, which includes 2 buffets a day. The foods were good and were slightly different day to day. I am very happy with the stay here and I definitely will recommend it to other people interested to go to Tenerife. "
