"Great location literally on the harbour with restaurants, cafés, bars, pharmacies and shops around the corner. Ideal hotel for couples 25+, also senior friendly, though access to the swimming pool area cannot be made in wheel chair. This hotel might not be the best if you bring small children as the pool area is nice but there aren't any play grounds or "fun stuff". And though the balcony door seem sound proof you might wanna keep the door open during the very warm summer nights - but as the hotel is situated besides many restaurant there can be a bit noisy some nights.
The connecting hotel restaurant offered great food and nice service.
The beaches (yes plural) are 200 metres away.
Cleaning staff very friendly.
Front desk staff also very friendly and will salute you quite fast when you enter.
There is a parking area reserved for hotel guests. 15 euros per day to keep your car away from the bustling streets is a good choice.
I didn't try the breakfast, room service or minibar. (the minibar was empty at arrival).
There is a bar just beside the pool area but I didn't see any staff members around it so didn't get to found out if it was open.
Only downside I experienced was that my room card kept on not working so four times I had to get reception to update it.
Maybe not at hotel where you would like to spend 14 days as there aren't any special facilities like gym or spa.
I will definately recommend this hotel, especially to couples looking for a 2-6 day stay in La Grande Motte."
