Lovely Stay at Palacios Arenal

Despite being a little mix-up on room type, Adrian (the owner) did all he could to make it right and I had a very pleasant experience. Their hospitality was amazing and the room was comfortable. I had to work one afternoon and the internet worked great. The lounge/common areas were very comfortable and the kitchen had everything you would need. The only thing I would recommend is that if you book through a 3rd party (like Hotels.com) to call and confirm your room type in advance.

The gentleman that runs the establishment is an absolute gem. He's very friendly and very willing to help you with whatever you may need. The location is about 800 M from the downtown so it's an easy walk to get to more exciting things.
