La Encrucijada Biosphere Reserve

Nice stay overall. The staff were very nice and the place was kept clean. NO NOT DO THE BREAKFAST BUFFETT. It was the worst i've tried in my life and I've tried a lot.

The staff is excellent. The food in Blue Moon and Italian Restauranis pretty good 👍. The Steak Restaurant isn't too good. The buffet breakfast is okay and the lunch buffet it's regular. The hotel its very clean the staff very nice and friendly. Edy on the ,lobby bar very nice and friendly and Jaime on the piano bar very nice too.

We visited Seadust a few years ago and it was amazing, but this time was not the same, the toddler are was closed, they said it was because it was hot, not a great reason. We had a baby and were not allowed to go on the slides with them because we were adults. So nothing for her to enjoy, the candy buffet was not there, also they still have the crepes picture on their website, but is not there anymore, bad advertisement. I will not go there again. Some of the staff were rude. I will not recommend this hotel to anyone.
