"Cocotier Du Rocher is a great spot to stay on La Digue. 6-8 minute bike ride to the main village, and 15-20 minutes by bike to Grand Anse and Anse Source d'Argent. My room was very spacious with AC, ceiling fan and well-stocked kitchen. The grounds are really nice as well... definitely get the island vibe. Stephan was super cool and helpful. He hooked me up with bike rental, shuttle to/from the ferry, and even some laundry. Note: Try to book ferry in advance as it can fill up at peak times. "

"The hotel is very pretty and charming. There are pools, beach chairs and pretty gardens. I felt like I was in the woods during my stay at the hotel. It is clean and neatly arranged. However, the house next to it was under construction, so I was a little scared at night because there were no people, and it is hard to visit. It takes about 20 to 25 minutes by bicycle from the harbor."

"Nous avons été déçu par la vétusté de la chambre et l'odeur de moisissure. On trouve ce niveau de confort dans d'autres pays, pour beaucoup moins cher. Inadapté pur des bébés (pas de lit de bébé et pas de tuyau de douche). La climatisation n'était pas nettoyée et nous n'avons pas pu l’utiliser malgré le passage du technicien qui n'a fait qu'asperger avec un produit extrêmement fort. La responsable a fait ce qu'elle pouvait et nous a offert un repas dans le restaurant Le Chateau St Cloud (à 200m)...

"Absolutely great place to stay,location spot on,supermarket nearby makes catering easy.There are several very good restaurants within a couple of minutes both beach side and the food in them is really good. The property spans the main roadway with the pool, bar and restaurants on one side and villas on the other. Staff was friendly and attentive at all points of contact.
