"Loved the location and the "home feel" of the GrandStay Hotel. We were just steps to the Riverside Park which was beautiful and walking distance to the historic downtown La Crosse. Our only suggestions to make the experience even better would be to upgrade the beds and have ice/drink vending easily accessible. Anita"

"I had a connecting flight that was missed due to mechanical failure of the plane..I called the property to let them know that I wasn't able to make it for my reservation that evening and it was out of my control because they diverted me to a different city. I gave them ample notice and still they decided to charge me for the room . I would not recommend booking with them."
