"Property is in a great location. Hotel bar and restaurant are great. This stay we were on 7th floor and bed was very very soft and seemed very old. I think the room overall was in need of updates. We were only there for one night so not a huge deal. "

"Small pool. Whirlpool did not heat up. Good Breakfast, actively restocked through the morning. Elevator button has issues on 2nd floor. Room was not cleaned thoroughly. Found garbage and press-on nails next to bed. Laundry baskets for changing out towels is a nice service since rooms are only cleaned between stays. "

"Room wasn’t clean/ dirty side tables. Check in is odd. 6pm check in and you pick up a phone and then staff come out to help. Turn on heat and it smelled like dust immediately. I didn’t have the nice floors in my room, but the carpet appeared pretty new. The view was 0 starts. My window opened to tire level of the parking lot. It was quiet, and the breakfast was as you would expect. Adequate for an unexpected stay. "

"I understood that the hotel was being remodeled. The room we stayed in was worn; that’s ok. There was no excuse for the condition of the room—pretzels on the floor in the main room and dirt and hair on the floor in the bathroom. We will not stay here again."
