"This was an annual overnight stay at this hotel en-route to the south. Arrival temperature 35.5c, greeted with news that air con not working and fridges removed during refurb of rooms. No fans available. Staff not at all sympathetic. Evening meal was good, but breakfast bar seemed much reduced in ..."
