La Borne Trip

Do not book this hotel. Their air conditioner was broken and they changed my room twice. They told me they would fix it and they never did. For five nights I stayed in a hot room. And now Expedia refuses to compensate me for the inconvenience. Expedia and the hotel said all sales are final. Another lady across from me booked two rooms and she had the same issue. They have had air conditioner issues for the longest and have no immediate plans to fix it. Book at your own risk!

Our room was clean and cozy for the most part. I enjoyed staying here and it was a very convenient location close to Charles de Gaulle Etoile metro station, Arc de Triomphe and Champs Élysées. The staff was nice and friendly as well. Some minor things: the toilet wasn’t cleaned properly when we first got there, and sometimes water bottles were not restocked which is not a big issue because we were able to request more from downstairs. The safe was locked when we arrived and we had to call a staff member to reset it - that could be due to prior guests emptying their items and relocking it but it could be a good check to do after guests leave. Overall I really enjoyed staying here and would definitely stay here again!
