"Such a disappointing stay. At check in the room wasn’t ready and I was asked on which floor I preferred to stay, without specifying that there would be a difference in the fare. No information was given on breakfast timings and location, spa access and other practicalities. Staff were polite but not warm, as if they didn’t care. I chose a room with “city view” which turned out to be looking at a building site. It is unacceptable to charge a “view” on it, at least until it is completed. SPA access is not free. It is charged extra and even though I was prepared to pay, nobody mentioned the opening hours, so I could not go. The location is also not great and is dirty and with very little outside. Unfortunately the positive sides are overshadowed by the whole general negative experience. A real disappointment from such an establishment. "

"Very well located on a main street, with lots of restaurants and coffee shops. Metro station very close by. 10 - 15 mins walk to the Cathedral. 20 mins roughly to La Rambla. A modern hotel, with large clean rooms and walk in showers. Nice big restaurant serving great breakfasts (lots of choice). Also serve evening meals. Pleasant, helpful staff. Very good value. Would definitely stay there again."

"This was a surprising awesome experience with my connection flight suddenly being changed to the other day's afternoon and I had no choice but getting a hotel nearby Barcelona airport to stay for safety and got a final deep sleep over 9 hours during my intensive working trip this time! Staff has been warm with passion serving customers with helpful assistance! Bed was clean and real king size. TV screen was big. Shower was strong. Minimart at reception got water to purchase at ease. Breakfast got lots of great choices for a long-haul flight ahead. What else do I expect? Awesome hotel stay indeed🥰🥰☀️☀️🤟🤟❤️❤️👍👍"
