Fantasy Hotel Palmerie

We arrived close to midnight. The man checking us in was welcoming, helpful, wonderful in every way! The hotel was laid back and elegant! This is one of the best places we have ever stayed! Only a few rooms. Ours was very comfortable and clean. The people made the experience superb! Everyone was helpful, friendly, made sure every need was met. The chef prepared fabulous meals! We booked two nights then went back for a third and can’t wait to return another time!

The Marie Celeste of Hotels

Bizarre experience; hotel was deserted and no staff there; it was locked-up with a message to ring a telephone number. Basically shambolic, with no pre-warning of what to expect. When we finally spoke to someone and got instructions on how to enter the building the room was decent but there was no in room refreshment and no service to call on - breakfast, no chance. DIY and don't expect to see anyone representing the hotel.

Séjour absolument parfait ! Hôtel très charmant et décoré avec goût. Le personnel est accueillant. La plage est à seulement 2 minutes à pied, idéal pour profiter pleinement du bord de mer.

Étrange ……

Expérience étrange. La chambre était très propre et confortable. La décoration de l’hôtel est très élégante. Toutefois, l’accueil était inexistant. Arrivés à 18h, il nous a fallu appeler un numéro de portable. Notre interlocuteur nous donne le code d’accès à l’hôtel afin de récupérer une enveloppe dans laquelle se trouve la clé de notre chambre. Impression d’un hôtel fantôme sans présence humaine , sans vie . Point “positif” , sans bruit. Petit déjeuner composé de produits achetés surgelés et en supermarché. Difficile à digérer pour 15 euros. Dommage car le lieu est très élégant. Décalage total entre notre expérience et les avis clients de plus de 6 mois. Que s’est-il passé?

Kunne være meget bedre.

Det startede dårligt, men endte godt. Vi havde booket et værelse med balkon, men da vi kom var det et andet værelse vi fik. Der var intet personale, kun et tlf nr man skulle ringe til. De ville/kunne ikke gøre noget før næste dag. Næste formiddag fik vi så et andet værelse. Ikke en lyd om hvorfor vi ikke fik det bookede værelse. Hotellet er ved at trænge til en opfriskning og tagterrassen ligner noget der er løgn. Ikke et sted man har lyst til at opholde sig. Bortset fra dette et fint ophold.

Quelle déception !!! Payer pour une suite junior de 38 m² et se retrouver dans une chambre inférieure de 24m².... Petit déjeuner très moyen alors qu il était soit-disant fantastique. Au moment de notre départ, j ai signifie cette erreur mais aucune excuse ni geste commercial pour le Petit déjeuner qu il restait à régler. Ça fait un moment que je voulais séjourner dans cet hôtel car nous venons très souvent à la baule car nous y avons de la famille, et bien il est certain que nous n y remettrons plus les pieds !!!

Un havre de paix a proximité de la plage

Chaque annee un retour dans cet hotel hors du temps ou l'accueil y est toujours aussi chaleureux Une table autrefois excellente devenue bonne mais moins innovante faute de personnel en cuisine... et un roof top désormais abandonné faute de personnel Des chambres superbes et un véritable havre de paix

Cet hôtel est tellement agréable qu’on s’y sent chez soi. Tout est impeccable, soigneusement décoré. Un très bon petit déjeuner avec des produits de qualité. Un accueil chaleureux.

MAGNIFIQUE mais lisez la suite

Chambre et salle de bain magnifiques, immenses, décorées avec goût, bonne literie MAIS un service indigne d’un tel établissement. La réception est déserte, il faut appeler un 06 qui vous donne le numéro de clef à prendre pour vous installer ! Il a fallu quémander tous les jours pour disposer d’un peu d’eau dans la chambre. Sommes restés 6 nuits, le ménage était très sommaire les jours suivants notre arrivée, en tous les cas indigne du standing proclamé. La chambre était pourvue de 3 diffuseurs de parfum, pour cause et en connaissance de cause, ils étaient sensés masquer les odeurs… d’égout ! Pas étonnant d’avoir trouvé un cafard dans le placard ! On sait ce que ces bestioles recèlent. Dommage car le séjour aurait pu être parfait.

Très bon accueil

Accueil très bon. Aux petits soins. Toujours prêts à proposer des idées pour enrichir le séjour. N’ont pas eu trop de chance sur le démarrage de leur activité.

Parenthèse enchantée, un superbe accueil, et un service au top, une magnifique chambre, un délicieux dîner et un environnement dépaysant, on a adoré. Seul points à améliorer : pas de climatisation dans la chambre et on a été obligé de dormir avec fenêtre ouverte mais ça l à fait (tant qu'il n'y a pas de moustiques), et autre point juste sur la brioche maison au petit déjeuner qui n était pas fraîche

Bel hôtel avec un joli roof top. Service de qualité . Belle literie , décoration très soignée. Seuls bémols , l’ascenseur qui ne fonctionne pas , douche pas réparer , battant des toilettes cassé également.

Vidunderligt lille hotel. Perfekt beliggenhed til strand og by og i roligt og hyggeligt kvarter. Skønt værelse: hyggeligt, rent og charmerende stil. Dejlig terrasse til morgenmad. Helt enestående service i forbindelse med en glemt taske, som prompte blev sendt til Danmark. Rigtig god stil. Eneste minus var, at aircondition var ude af drift i 39 graders varme, og at restauranten var lukket pga et cocktailarragement, som skulke finde sted to dage efter vi var der, hvilket ikke blev oplyst ved bestilling, men først da vi ankom trætte i varmen og sultne. Fik ved indtjekning besked om, at vi kunne få tapas på tagterassen indtil kl 22:00, men da vi efter et havbad kom op på tagterrassen kl 21:00 var der ingen mad alligevel, og vi blev henvist til andre restauranter i byen. Ærgerligt men vi fik henvisning til en god restaurant, hvor der heldigvis var plads. Vi kommer helt sikkert igen og glæder os til - forhåbentligt - at smage maden i hotellets restaurant. Dejlig aftendrink og morgenmad på terrassen. Fantastisk sted, men vildt varmt i hedebølgen uden aircon.
