"The staff are really attentuve people..they helped me out in ao many ways besides just checking me in..the grounds and a bit of paradise even though yoy are in the city...i askex for a room with a/c but also asked for the room less affected by the noise, and they delivered...well done.!!"
"Wonderful hotel. Great room, good food and friendly staff. My 3rd visit to Tarapoto and by far the best place I have stayed here. I will rebook for my next visit. "
"Absolutely wonderful!
We arrived before the scheduled check-in time, the staff were happy to oblige. The rooms are very clean and comfortable. We stayed in the family room, which has a delightful patio/balcony area with swinging chair. There are fruit trees on the property which you can eat from gorgeous pool area and the food at the restraint was tasty. I’d definitely stay there again. Plus the staff are super friendly and the owner took us for a tour of the gardens, explained the different fruits and speaks pretty good English. It’s about 15 mins out of town (Tarapoto) but well worth it!! "
"“Un lugar que lo tiene todo”
El Resort de Yanashpa es un destino único en sí mismo. No hace falta salir para disfrutar, la comida es deliciosa, las experiencias son únicas y el entorno es perfecto para desconectarse y relajarse. Todo está pensado para vivir unas vacaciones realmente increíbles. Definitavamente voy a regresar pronto!!"
"While the property is nice it has seen better days. The gardens were nice. The pool is lovely and the rooms are clean. The amenities were old like the warped pool tables. There wasn’t much interior seating in the social areas to sit at on rainy days except for the restaurant. The few staff that worked there were friendly and they work hard. Dinning is very limited - it’s the same menu at the outdoor bar as the dining room. Consider that this property is outside the main district so you do have to call for moto taxi or car if you’re bored and want to get some entertainment. "
