Nice hotel with friendly staff

Nice, basic hotel with friendly staff. We stayed 5 nights. Little problems because of language barrier but with help of Google translation everything went great 😃 10 minutes walk from trainstation. Air-conditioning, cleaning worked nicely and breakfast and dinner were ok.

Moyen pour un 3 étoiles

Chambre un peu bruyante car l autoroute passe à côté. A notre époque il y a des solutions.... surtout que l établissements est un 3 étoiles. Les chambres ont besoin d etre modernisées. Je ne conseille pas le restaurant, mais les serveuses sont adorables et aux petits soins. Mais par contre les petit dej est vraiment top.

À fuir, accueil médiocre, les cartes de nos 2 chambres n'étaient plus valide la nuit en rentrant lors de notre seconde nuit une avait un double présent dans une boîte à clés mais aucune personne ne m'avait mis au courant et une était invalide et non demagnetisée comme à pu me dire la personne de l'accueil après avoir dû l'appeler au numéro d'urgence. De plus climatisation non fonctionnelle alors qu'il fesait plus de 30°C, personne ne nous a prévenu lors de notre enregistrement alors que le personnel était au courant. Merci pour les personnes âgées qui voyageaient avec nous. Honnêtement je ne recommande pas du tout, je suis certaine qu'il est possible sans forcer de trouver un hôtel au même prix mais avec un service beaucoup plus professionnel.

Il s'agit d'un Campanile qui a grand besoin d'être rénové. Accès d'un seul côté au lit, pas de table d'appoint, pas de prise de courant près du lit. On m'a donné une chambre avec une porte communicante, quel bruit ! Une demi-salle de bain/douche avec de la moisissure, un accident qui risque d'arriver quand tu seras un peu plus âgé. Une « fête » ailleurs dans le bloc résonnait dans la salle de bain, où l'on pouvait entendre toute l'eau des autres chambres s'écouler dans les tuyaux, les voix fortes et bien sûr la musique. Sans compter la valise laissée dans ma chambre par quelqu'un d'autre et le fait d'être réveillé à minuit parce que le client était sûr d'avoir laissé son ordinateur portable aussi ! Je suis un fan de Campanile, mais à part le personnel charmant, j'éviterai cet hôtel tant qu'il n'aura pas été sérieusement rénové, désolé !

Dans la chambre il y avait plein de moucherons morts sur le bureau. J ai du nettoyer. La housse de couette était mal mise à 23.00 j ai du refaire mon lit. 10 mins d attente à l arrivée à l accueil, après 10 mins d attente au départ nous avons laisser les cartes sur le comptoir..nous avions réserver cet hôtel pour pouvoir profiter du restaurant le soir : impossible tout était réserver par une équipe de cyclistes nous avons du trouver un restaurant à l extérieur. Sommes très déçus.

Séjour de deux nuitées , accueil super sympa, avec une rose offert pour les femmes en périodes de fêtes des mères. Seul bémol, le ménage dans la chambre était à revoir, poussière, tâche sur le plan de travail, et évier de la salle de bain qui était bouché.
