Don't stay here.

It was hard to find (GPS was worthless). Room was poorly organized. Extra bed blocked closet and made it unusable. Bathroom was tiny - the shower door had to be open or you couldn't use the toilet. No soap and no glasses provided. Shower was so small that if one dropped the soap their was not enough room to bend over and pick it up - but then they didn't provide any soap.

Hotel nuovo e confortevole, personale sempre disponibile ospitale e cortese, camere confortevoli e silenziose. Abbiamo soggiornato solamente per una notte, ma torneremo sicuramente!

Relax e cortesia

Ci siamo fermati per una sola notte dato che eravamo di passaggio e ne abbiamo approfittato per visitare l'Aquila. L'hotel si trova a cinque minuti in macchina da l'aquila. Un punto perfetto di partenza per una visita turistica alla città e dintorni. la posizione dell'hotel è tranquilla e adatta per riposare. I responsabili dell'hotel sono stati gentilissimi e più che disponibili: ci hanno offerto caffè e acqua (gratuitamente) al nostro arrivo e sono restati a disposizione per tutto il periodo del soggiorno. La sistemazione in camera era perfetta: pulita e comoda con tutto il necessario per il soggiorno. Viaggiando con una bambina piccola, anche nel corso della notte ci hanno assistito per preparare il cibo per la piccola. Una lieta sorpresa e sicuramente se dovessimo essere in zona ci passeremmo ancora molto volentieri.

A beautiful hotel located in a gorgeous area. New, clean rooms with an outstanding staff. The views from the grounds are simply amazing. A great place to stay!

Soggiorno da incubo. La stanza dietro l'ascensore, fino alle 3 di mattina non abbiamo potuto dormire, la colazione assente, ci siamo alzati alle 8.00, non c'era più niente tutto pulito, ci hanno servito un croissant spezzato un pezzo di dolce ( resto di una squadra di ragazzi male educati che hanno pulito tutto, lo staff del albergo non erano organizzati e non a l'altezza della situazione, ho fatto colazione a l'Aquila...........
