This hotel hardly deserves 3 stars, not 5. Facilities looked dated, the only plus was the healing hot spring water. The blind of one of the windows in the room was broken, the air-conditioning didn't work but the temperature in the room stayed at 27C - in February!; the safe didn't work, the shower was broken; breakfast and dinner rather basic, and you had to pay for the coffee in the room... In the Spa area some of the handrails were dangerously shaky, the supposedly warm benches were cold, the cold dip was without filtration and the water wasn't clean - to stop it here... For sure not going back again.

Safe and on first glance super, but needs change of the old heating system in some rooms and anatomic pillows, better and new anatomic mattraces. Control of the pool area. New waitressess need to be tought kindness and culture. Better cleaning and less greed for money.

I was wondering if I should even leave a review since it will be my first negative review. This was my favorite hotel. I'm shocked by everything. New and untrained staff. The rooms were not cleaned once. One elevator was not working, we waited in line for the other. The steam room broke down. They blocked our door keys because they didn't know how many days we were there?! They wanted me to pay for the nights again. Christmas Eve was a disaster. There were no seats for all the guests. Strymon Garden is a thing of the past. I understand that there are new owners who must want to ruin it. And they manage! I do not recommend the hotel.

Много сме доволни от престоя в Стримон Гарден. Недостатъци: 1) Стълбите пред хотела нямат ленти в края на стъпалото и може да се подхлъзнеш или пропуснеш стъпало. 2) Тока трудно зареждаше лаптопи и телефони. 3) В града има много безстопанствени кучета, които се бият помежду си, лаят и се чешат от бълхи.

Beautiful Hotel and Spa center and also outdoor pool. The hotel is located on a quiet street next to the pedestrian zone. Kyustendil is amazinng town with large pedestrian zone for sightseeing and recreation with historical landmarks, entertainment venues, small shops and art gallery. The mountain is a 20-minute walk away for relaxing walks in the fresh air

Everything was perfect. We will be their guest again. But there was something that amase me. The check out is at 12 am, ok, but they also want not to use their swimming pool and SPA after that. At all other hotels, they permit to stay and use their facilities, even after chek out the room till the end of the day, but here not. They want to pay another 30 leva to use the SPA, and we didn't like this politics.

Don’t stay here.
Worst hotel in our 10 days in Bulgaria. The staff not helpful and the manager was to busy to meet with us when we had a problem. Food at dinner was good, but service was terrible. Breakfast was fine as long as you stuck to the cold items.

The property has perfect location, couple hundred meters away from the central city streets , just next to the gallery of Vladimir Dimitrov - the master . Guarded parking lot, nice rooms and good breakfast , that includes even sparkling wine ( which could be better brand than the offered one) , the pool is big and te spa is very good too.. If you are there to hike and discover the mountains and places around Kyustendil like us, the SPA after a long day is a great pleasure
