Counter staff service is excellent, the young man (sorry we did not ask his name) who checked us in was very helpful, personally helped my wife to move our luggages to our room while I parked the car in a coin-operated car park nearby for the first night. We parked the car in the hotel car park for the second night. The room allocated to us was roomy, that has a step up to the couch area, that you need to be careful (that was pointed out to us). There was not much storage space for clothes in the room for a long stay, but for short stay like ours, it’s not much of a problem. "

"This was the hotel that exceeded my initial expectations. The room was cozy, but clean. The public bath was nice and clean. The dinner and breakfast buffet offered very nice food. The hotel is in front of Kamogawa Sea World. It was about 5-minute walk to it. We were grateful that the hotel allowed us to keep our car in their parking lot after the check-out as long as we come back by 3pm. This eliminated our headache of having to park our car at the Sea World. Overall, it was a very nice stay, and we'll go back if we ever return to that area. "
