"We arrived early and were able to use all facilities and pool while luggage was stored. It is walking distance to old towne and a lot of great eateries close by. We had a junior suite and it was perfect. Tons of space and spacious bed and sitting area with private plunge pool. Staff were so accommodating and helpful. Steps from the beach."

Only thing that they don’t have us room service (which I’ve learned many places now cut that out) I wasn’t feeling great the last night (not drinking or anything) called to ask if the could bring up a bottle of water. It’s the way it is. I wasn’t feeling great told to go downstairs to buy one at the bar. If was up to it of course I would. Understand how tight it is with staff but I think if for emergencies only if customers aren’t feeling up to it, then send a bottle of water and a small thing to eat A lot if senior citizens were there this time of year and have different health issues I was willing to to pay. It’s not the hotels fault. It’s just the way things have gotten Otherwise I’d rate this place 5 plus stars"

The breakfast was consistently very good quality and varied enough to have something different each day. Pool area was clean with comfy beds and a few steps away from the pebble beach for a swim in sea. Overall we had a lovely stay and would recommend this hotel for anyone considering a stay in a building with character and lovely friendly staff. Thank you."
