Beautiful hotel, modern, in the city center, but limited on parking. There was only one towel for my wife and I in the room.

Great location, internet connection good, good views, lot of close restaurants. Found a nice one called the Reberbar. Easy to get taxis. Good for business and tourist. 100 percent recommendation.

I have nothing to fault this wonderful hotel. Great location, friendly staff, rooms are tasteful and new, bed is comfortable, gym is a decent size for the few guests that use it.

This is a solid business class hotel in a very good location for just about any purpose you'd be in Kyiv. I've stated there 5 times in the last 12 months but there are some things lacking. The towels are pretty low quality and the edges of every towel on this recent stay were frayed due to age (except 1). That's inexcusable at a hotel at this level. Get new towels. Second, I had to ask for a replacement laundry bag for two days at the front desk. Phone to front desk didn't work despite complaining a couple times and when request was made in person it was forgotten. Will probably stay again due to location but I had to check out due to an unanticipated trip extension, the didn't have rooms supposedly andcthe new hotel is a step above for sure in service and quality. After stayung in the new hotel a few days Skyloft may have lost me

A perfect hotel in location and comfort
A lovely comfy, clean hotel. Such friendly and helpful staff. Rooms were of a good size and if you can get the City view rooms it is worth it.

Unfortunatelly, due to hotel policy and Ukrainian legislation it is not allowed to smoke inside buildings especially in hotel rooms. These rules are specified in the guest's registration cards which are signed by guests upon check in. Very modern stay, close to major shopping centre
Very clean experience. The staff is bilingual, friendly and professional. The hotel is not exactly in the historical part of Kyiv (still walking distance) and it seems more business-oriented. However, it is a fine stay for vacationing if you like the modern vibe and high-rise lifestyle.

Excellent location, great breakfast, comfortable beds, good shower and amenities, tea kettle and safe in room. Staff mostly pleasant, but not all. Alisa was great. To improve: only 4 clothes hangers and no drawers in the room to put clothes, only a few open shelves. Also, need an option of not changing towels and sheets every day for environmental purposes

Modern but no fresh air
Pros: Hotel is in a new building, pool table in the lobby and looks all new and modern. The bed is comfy and room design is modern with all the necessities. Cons: But the main issue is that you cannot open the window at all, the whole building is built in a way that there is no way to open the window which is very weird and first time I see something like this. So the only source of air circulation is a small fan in the bathroom which doesn't turn on. The AC unit just circulates the air inside the unit so after 3 nights was getting cough and headaches in the morning cause of the air quality. So if you have asthma or sensitive to air that would be a problem. Had to change the hotel, the staff was nice enough to refund me the remaining nights though. The shower could be better it is like a dormitory style one shower handle. Restaurant closed at night but a 24/7 grocery store is in the next building. Staff's english speaking was ok but not the best.

Disappointed, enough to leave early. I found my room door left open after cleaning service. I reported this but front desk said nothing and chose to do nothing except update my room key. Overall hotel has declined since Marriott franchise exited.
