My experience at the hotel was generally average, but since it was 04:00 on the day I came to Ukraine, my friend from a different country opened the door for me and I went upstairs to sleep. The girl at the reception told me that she would be there to help my friend the day before, so I went upstairs and slept because I had a reservation for that day, but the next day, the person at the reception said that what I did was wrong, that is, I came at 04.00 in the morning and waited until 14.00 in the morning and when I made my reservation, it was right for me to go upstairs. Because of this situation, he demanded an extra fee from me. You should pay attention to the hours when people come and provide service according to these situations. And you can't cook anything in this hostel because there is no stove.
