convenient
I have stayed here many times over the years. There are many different options for rooms, and they have been renovated over time. The convenience of location is a major factor for me. Just metres from the Maidan Sq, Shops and Australian/Canadian Embassy. The staff have always been very helpful to me.

Very good place to stay.
Great place to stay, is very clean and comfortable. Very centric if you plan to walk around or take some tours that start just meters from hotel. The staff is very nice and help you with all your needs.

We stayed at KievInn for 4 nights. Great location, many shops and good restaurants within walking distance. There are several shops that are open 24/7 near the inn. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable, very nice balcony. I will definitely stay there again on my next trip to Kiev.

Great and Convenient
I always choose to stay here in Kyiv/Kiev. It is an extremely convenient location. The rooms contain everything I need, comfortable beds, nice bathrooms. Some even have a sauna. the staff are great. On a practical side, being an old city building there is no elevator, which never bothers me as I travel light and need the exercise, but you might need to ask for help if you travel heavy. You are just metres from the Main Independence Sq and shopping centre, and around the corner from the Australian and Canadian Embassy. Looking forward to my next stay here soon.

Fantastic for the price.
Great price point, very central location. A little hard to find but it’s google maps fault since google can’t understand the difference between two streets in Kiev with the same name. We lost a watch in the room and they went to great lengths to mail it to the US for us.

The room itself was pretty much great. The building was absolute trash no sign outside whatsoever he had to have a code to get inside the building no elevator building obviously under construction absolutely zero hot water and for five hours there was no water whatsoever

Wow
Think we were upgraded to a deluxe apartment with a spa bar and sauna. Can not fault a thing about the staff and the apartment. It was fabulous. There was a problem with the safe, the reception did open it for us, but we were unable to eeset the code. I can only add that apartment was missing a toaster.. but this is a trivial point. If you get the 4th floor, there is no lift, but there is a balcony.

Almost everything was great, the staff was nice and the place was clean. My only complain is that the jacuzzi pump was full of mold or something, every time I filled it up and turned on the pump, tons of stuff came out of the jets. I couldnt use the jacuzzi I was looking forward to and paid extra for.

The best about this property is location! 2 min walking from Maidan Nezalezhnosty and 5 min from Kheschatyk str. Our room had huge Jacuzzi and was really spacious. We stayed tree days, but the room was not really cleaned every day and the floor was not swiped. There was only a very small soap and it was not replaced every day. The windows had no curtains, so in the morning the daylight woke us up rather early.

We enjoyed our stay in Kyiv until it was time to leave. The receptionist told us they were calling their car service and to pay them at the desk. We arrived at the airport only to be told we needed to pay. When we tried to contact the hotel, they acted as if we never paid them. I will NOT recommend this hotel to anyone.

Hello! Its not correct what you said. On departure day we got call from your phone number and man who said is UBER driver asked if payment is done. We told them that no, as UBER is application for transfer and we not use it at all. Who did order UBER must pay for it.

Wonderful stay - in the heart of Kyiv - close to everything we wanted to see and with steps to the subway - all other places were very accessible as well. Clean, spacious apartment! Great service - we also booked a car to take us to the airport on the day we were leaving - it was great ride.

We were warned by our taxi driver to be careful staying in an apartment-hotel. However, the warning was not necessary for KievInn. This was a great place to stay! The hotel and area was safe and conveniently located near restaurants, shops and the metro. The staff were friendly and spoke a level of English. This is an old soviet style apartment that has been refurbished and modernized. It was comfortable and pleasant. The family really enjoyed having breakfast on the small balcony!

The best thing about this hotel is the location. The bad thing is that there is no elevator there and, since this is a old building, there are A LOT of stairs there. They are a bit slippery and uneven. It was very difficult to take my luggage to the 4th floor. Another bad thing is that there are stairs IN the room. You walk out the bathroom and there are stairs to the room right away. It is very easy to hurt your foot badly because the stairs are in same color as the floor. The hot water was off, so you only can take a shower. What's the point to have a extra large bathtub with Jacuzzi if you can't use it? The room was clean. There was a sauna in my room (I never used it though). I'd not stay there again but it was OK to stay there once. Again, the location is the best. The area is calm with little traffic. But you will hear when the other doors open or close. In fact, they are LOUD like a hell! People are coming home late, they don't care that you are sleeping and they don't hold the doors. I sleep very deeply, but they managed to wake me up every night. :-)

Great place to stay
Nice, clean and safe. Excellent location just a very short (50 steps) from the Maidan. No elevator so if you’re on the 4th floor you will love the exercise facility they offer (walking up the steps).

It is a bit weird not having real windows, and the underfloor heating means it is hot all the time...but lovely, close to Maidan, and a sauna and a jaccuzzi...what's not to love?

Nice apartment hotel in the center-heart of Kiev
Great re-innovated apartments in the center heart of the city. A few gotchas: the service is average-ok (e.g. towels wheren't replaced when cleaning took place, but this level of service is common in most of eastern Europe), the apartments are located in some half underground floor, so there is NO window/view, and if you keep the window open, you can clearly hear the street noise.

The apartments are perfect to visiting Kiev, as it is within walking distance of the city's major attractions, or one or two Metro stops away. A supermarket and shopping mall are nearby. The apartments are clean, quiet and comfortable. The TV had dozens of satellite channels. My room was equipped with refrigerator, microwave and washer. Plates, cups and utensils were provided, as well as packets of coffee and tea. Excellent value.

Very clean and modern with everything I needed
Having stayed in many apartments in Kiev, I have to say that this was one of the best. Very clean and modern, everything worked in the small apartment and it was well located near to... well everything.
