I stayed in the Luxury Apartment. Worth the money. The cafe is excellent and they prepare good food right on property. There is a Silpo grocery store close by and all kinds of dining options in walking distance. Use the Kontraktova metro stop it’s easier. Ukrainian Starbucks is Aroma Kava. Grab a latte every time you go to and from the Metro. I’ll be staying at KONTRAKT every time I come to Kyiv. It’s quiet and the nightlife is ten minutes walk away if you really want to bogey.

Really liked this hotel

I love this hotel. It is probably the cleanest hotel I’ve stayed in. I chose to buy breakfast at the attached cafe. It is very good. The staff is super helpful. Half know English and half one or two do not. But we communicated via a translator app, no problem. The beds are very comfortable and nice linens. The beds are firm Which suits my taste. It’s a great location. Walkable to a lot of dining options and a couple of small stores. The river front is also walkable. If you can’t walk, Uber is always available. I stayed in a standard double. My only comment is there isn’t much privacy for the bathroom. If you are solo or traveling with a close friend, it’s perfect. If not, select a larger room option. The hotel and rooms are modern and up to date. I’d definitely stay there again. One last note, the rooms are exceptionally quiet. One look at the triple pane windows and you’ll know why.

Comfy, modern and quiet!

The staff were lovely. The room was clean, efficient, a tiny bit tight, but otherwise very comfortable. The bathroom door ingeniously swung to become the shower door. The location at the foot of Andrew's Descent and near a bustling was convenient. But best of all, it was quiet.

Cosy hotel

The hotel is new and modern but at the same time very cosy. We had a room with the huge terrace- highly recommended. Very centrally located (Podol) but very quiet. The room is clean, comfortable beds, good quality beddings and towels. We will definitely come back!
