Apartment in the heart of Kiev

The apartment is located centrally, so it is very close to the Maidan square. It has everything in it - a washing machine, an iron, a TV, a boombox, a full kitchen with utensils, a nice wardrobe in the bedroom, a big bathroom with a real bath, a fan, slippers, etc.

Centralt beliggenhed særligt til maraton deltager

Beliggenhed er perfekt. Lejligheden er meget centralt. Særligt hvis man skal deltage i Wizz air Kiev Maraton. Der er kun 200 meter til start området. Interiøret er gammel men sengen er ok. Lejligheden er fint til prisen.

Good stay

First time I use Grata. They have many apartments so depends on which you book, but this was OK. As always, the mattresses are a bit uncomfortable, and the duvet is thin and small, but otherwise all ok. Location was perfect.

Grata is a little dated however it was very clean large apartment that is very central and 2 minutes walk to maiden centre. Added plus is that there is a very nice Irish pub across from it The apartment was nice and warm without noisey neighbours. Definitely wouldn't find better value so central. Only negative would be that none of the TV channels were in English.

Comfortable Soviet Style Apartment

Comfortable and centrally located, but the apartment looks straight out of the USSR - not that that's a bad thing. The Apartment was everything I needed,fairly comfortable, and fantastic value. The Soviet style decor added to the charm.

Convenient and comfortable

Fantastic location - between the central Maidan square and the Sophia church - and very comfortable. Clean, fairly well furnished. Need to coordinate key reception, which slightly limits flexibility, but the person responsible was very quick and responsive.

Great value and comfortable room in good location

Service was great and responsive, including calling a taxi for us when we left. Just make sure to confirm how to contact the on-site office in order to check in (we assumed we would be met outside). Room was definitely better and larger than expected. Bed comfy and large, good WiFi. Kitchen equipment basic and some could have been cleaner, but was functional, and low prices to eat out in the city made that less important. Bathroom usefully had a washing machine, good hot shower. Concerned at electric plug lead use in bathroom for boiler and washing machine: may be common in Ukraine, but would feel far safer if connections could be arranged to avoid the chance of splashes. Despite this, would recommend this place as very good value and in a great location to see the main sights and areas.

Great apartment overall, with some minor inconveniences. PROS: Convenient location, very secure, easy in-out, ultra-clean, modern remodel, quiet, comfortable, excellent water pressure, great AC, good WiFi, huge amount of storage. walk-out balcony with folding chairs, pics of apartment don't do it justice CONS: Some light bulbs out- worst of these was bathroom vanity light, small end-table in kitchen had bent-under leg - didn't use it, single dull knife, only 2 small pieces of kitchen linen - hand towel and dish cloth.

Fantastic location – I’ll be back!

I stayed at this apartment for 2 nights at the end of May. The apartment is perfectly located and is based in a gorgeous historical building on Mykhailivskyi lane – minutes away from the main square. The room itself was nicely decorated and spacious with a separated kitchen and bathroom. My room came with a small neat balcony overlooking the main street. Huge arch windows allows a lot of light, floors are covered with nice wooden-style laminate. The room has a king-size double bed installed, as well as bureau, armchairs and wardrobe. If you are going to cook at the apartment (why would you when you have so much local choice!) the kitchen has everything necessary, as well as places to serve and store meals and food. It has a fridge, microwave oven, gas stove, dining table with kitchen stools and all necessary eating utensils and crockery. The staff at the apartment were great. Check in is usually at 1pm, but I was given the option of dropping off my bags at 9am. After arriving at the apartment, the staff/cleaners had made the room available to me early! Very convenient after an overnight flight. Overall, this was a great place to stay. Good value, great location, and I look forward to returning here soon!

Appartamento moderno molto bello e vicino a piazza Meidan, dal balcone si puo vedere le fontane danzanti musicali, centralissimo. Irina è molto efficiente semrpe disponibile anche per il check-in e check.out, in contatto con whatsapp subito ha risposto. Nel pomeriggio si è verificato per un lavoro temporaneo l'acqua non era disponibile, avvisato Irina è arrivata velocemnte ed ha risolto il problema anhc enel tardo pomeriggio, Nel caso aveva predisposto acqua in contenitore. Insomma molto efficente, bella location, appartamneto ottimo. Ci ritornerò presto.

Such a great accommodation!

All I can say is that from the minute I walk in my first comment was: "Wow it smells so clean here!". Everything was sparkling clean, the bedding was bright white,Irina the owner met me right on time, communication was easy and smooth! I enjoyed my stay, I felt so very comfortable, apartment has everything you need for your stay including small touches like tea and candies and even new sleepers ! And you can't bit the location! I definitely recommend this place and will stay there again! Thank you for having me! This place deserves 5+ stars!
