Very good, considering the circumstances.
A few rockets overhead. Of course, it was expected. Otherwise, it is a very safe neighborhood with the convenience of the supermarket next door. Comfortable bed and decent shower. Would've prefered that the sheets were changed more often, otherwise, it was a very good and comfortable stay.

I had a family apartment, and it was pretty nice. It was actually two separate rooms joined by a hallway. he elevator wasn't working, and then room was on the 5th floor. I couldn't call my heavy suitcase up, so had to leave it in the car. Very inconvenient. No on-site parking. We had to park in Novus parking lot.

Ok, but nothing exceptional
I think my experience has been shaped by the fact of Covid And that should be taken I to account when reading this. The place is ok, I wouldn’t say it’s anything special or exceptional, but the service is a bit of a let down particular when it comes to the breakfast that’s included, again I think this is due to Covid though. Breakfast is What appears to be shop bought wrap, a muffin and a large actimel type drink

I recently stayed at this property. It’s nice and clean. But I booked a suite and they gave me a family room, telling that there’s a problem with a bathroom. I was told that it will be switched in 3-4 days but it wasn’t . I stayed there for 2 weeks. It was quite upsetting. Because of the corona virus the kitchen was closed. With all this I would give a 3 star.

Very clean, tidy and convenient. Just wasn't aware that I would be charged a "tourist tax" on checkout. Ukraine doesnt want tourists? Or it was an addition from the hotel? Perhaps this should be made apparent on Hotels.com I cant remember being charged a tourist tax before.

Every feature of this hotel was superb. I liked that it is a small hotel. The free breakfasts were excellent, too! Staff was pleasant. The location was central.

Lovely small hotel but warm and cosy.
The location is quite good within easy taxi service . The staff was good and very friendly and helpful. The room was big and comfortable. Breakfast was simple but good. My stay would be more memorable if there was no heavy snowfalls..but it was nice to see snowfalls in Spring.!!

This is a very well presented hotel with well trained staff and comfortable rooms. Even though it's further out from the city centre I would stay here again!

Perfect for my business trip
A new hotel. Clean, tidy and convenient. The room was apartment style complete with stove top, kettle and microwave. Location is also a safe neighbourhood near the Metro and cafes along with famous monument of course.

Hotel surroundings are not the best, road refurbishment on the way, but worst was a breakfast choice of 3 different setups from none-one was good for me. I chooses pancakes which were cold and fat... Ukrainian people intend to charge for all... Good reception and shuttle service.

Besides, all the information about hotel`s placement are clearly given in hotels description and indicated on the map. It is disappointing as well to find out that you were not satisfied with the breakfast menu of our hotel. Concerning your remarks about breakfasts content, please, be sure that to the range of continental breakfasts we added the buffet of different dishes - cereals and milk, cottage cheese pancakes and traditional pancakes, freshly baked pastry, differenr beverages, yoghurts, jams and etc.But anyway, we really strived to keep our rooms in an absolute cleanness and our service at a high level. Bad service, lousy breakfast
A OK hotel ruined at the end with poor customer service. Ordered roomservice (breakfast) at a given time for me and my colleauge in two rooms since we were in a hurry. 5min past ordered time I called and asked for iy, he replied it would be 5min till roomservice. We got the plates after total 25min, the toast was cold, sausages was taken straight from the refrigerator and a few other things that wasn't as described. I gave the receptionist every chance to make ammence, but after speaking to the manager they only removed the charge for roomservice - we still payed 2x250UAH (ca USD 20) for the breakfast. It's easy to get good scores if your guest' are in generally satisfied. Proper service is done when you can please a unsatisfied guest.

Fantastic service!
Reception staff was incredibly helpful when recommending good restaurants, and even managed to find a place to prepare me an amazing meal after hours when a meeting ran long and ruined my dinner plans.

Pretty good hotel not far from the city center
I would say that room rates were extremely overpriced. But its staff was friendly, my room was clean, breakfast was pretty tasty but "continental", wifi was at a good speed. A metro station is in 5 min walking distance. No negative feedback entirely from my side.

Nice hotel but not in the center of the city Nice hotel. Small. Very friendly staff. Everything was good. Price was good. There is a supermarket right next-door. Convenient. However this hotel is not near the center of the city or anywhere near any great attractions. However, you can get to anywhere with a taxi. Taxis are not that expensive here. Overall not a bad place for a night or two.

Exceptional Hotel Close To Centre of Kyiv
Hotel staff are friendly, warm and always offer wonderful service. Rooms are stylish, very clean and spacious. Food is consistently great. Location couldn't be better.
