"Non working rooms in my experience with no working shower. EXPEDIA and ANDREITA HOTEL scam travelers and actually refuse to refund customers on arrival when their lack of advertised amenities and faults are discovered. I was offered a new room which too, had a non working shower with no other options for the night. There was only a single towel offered in the bathroom- looked used, and the television had only one working station. I quickly looked up a different hotel nearby and personally had to rebook my stay with no help from EXPEDIA. Do not book here using your bank information or debit card as you'll be unable to dispute the fraudulent charge because that's what it is."
