A very nice family driven hotel. The staff is very helpful and service- minded. The rooms are spacious and the hotel is very cosy. Plus the beautiful view to the city. A very pleasant stay.
absolute super spot in Kutaisi! Up in the hills, with a beautiful view over the whole city you‘ll find this lovely place. you‘ll feel right at home when you arrive. room was cozy and cute, staff was very kind and helpful! the owner even drove us to the airport at 2:30 am (!). you‘ll have a wonderful time there and we will come back!
Pleasant three- or four-storey guesthouse (to call it a hotel would be stretching it) on the steep hillside just a stone’s throw from Kutaisi’s Bagrati Cathedral. The location is both a blessing and a bit of a curse – the main market, bridges, central park and all the city-centre amenities are just 10–15 minutes’ walk away, but getting up to the hotel means a climb of more than 100 steps (or you can use the winding road).
Rooms and bathrooms are clean and well maintained, but nothing to shout about. There’s Wi-Fi, but this is one of those setups where the signal disappears unless you are close to your room’s door. The breakfast spread (from 9am, although you can request an earlier start) is small but quite satisfying, and includes a yummy pilau rice plus boiled eggs and mini pancakes. English-speaking staff are scarce and indeed the place seems to be run by a skeleton crew, but you can sometimes get useful advice and they can arrange taxis. I could contemplate staying here again if I ever returned to Kutaisi, although I suspect you can do better if you shop around hard.
