I was very happy with this hotel. I ended up not feeling great from being out in the heat all day and asked them for a second room, which I was able to get with no issue. The AC was amazing, the shower was great and I slept incredibly well. I was well-rested the next day and ready to continue to our next destination. My only complaint is that the breakfast was awful - they could do better here. BW is not a high-end chain, but they tend to have halfway decent breakfasts, especially abroad..this one was not.

THE place to stay in Kutaisi
The two ladies at reception were amazing. The suites are pretty decent size. The sofa bed however wasn't the most comfortable. Hotel has great location and is very comfortable. Breakfast was pretty decent too.

Comfortable hotel with a great location
The hotel is in a great location right beside the white bridge and the downtown area with good restaurants and shopping. The room is what you would expect from Best Western. It was comfortable enough with a pull out sofa. We ate at the onsite restaurant and it was good if you are looking for an escape from Georgian food for a meal. The breakfast was okay. There was enough variety.

Pathetically maintained hotel….
Hotel is not well maintained. Initially we were given room no 502. On entering a foul/ bad smell welcomed us… sofa was full of dog hair and on the sofa there was a mark of pee. Guys you need to clean this, how one can stay in this. On complaint, reception did change the room. But some small issues were cropping up like insect in bathroom, smell in bathroom etc. property has nice fit out but it is not very well maintained. There housekeeping team need a complete overhaul.

It is not by any means luxurious hotel. But it’s clean comfortable and well located. I doubt there is a better choice in that particular city.

The rooms are super small. As if you are living in Japan. The air conditioning does not work. Woke up in the night to set the thermostat. Called the maintenance to fix it, nothing happened.

OK hotel, facilities, location. Pleasant staff. However rooms do not have a/c—room temperatures during my stay late in December ranged from 24-27 degrees. I asked to change rooms on day 2, and the 2nd was hotter than the 1st. ‘Chiller switched off; open windows’ I was told. Opening windows means significant external noise 24/7 [horns; construction; motor bikes; dogs barking—at least on the road side, which contains most rooms]. The property is a hotbox : I cooled my room to 18 degrees by leaving windows open all day on a cold day; within 3 hours of closing them, back to 24 degrees. Final morning wake-up booked but no call. Unacceptable in a BW property @ 220+ GEL/room rate

Small rooms. Comfortable bed. No cash exchange in hotel. No ATM. Awkward air conditioning so had to keep window open - could hear plant and equipment all night. Coffee machine did not work at breakfast 5/10.

Convenient for staying after arriving at Kutaisi airport. There is a lot of construction around the hotel, but the inside of the hotel is a clean and comfortable oasis. Helpful staff.

A great start to our trip

Highly recommend!
Very nice hotel with stunning rooftop restaurant / bar walking distance from the city center. Room was very spacious and the hotel staff extremely friendly. Wish the rooftop restaurant had greater choice of local cuisine.

Despite the time (3am), staff were very welcoming and helpful and this continued throughout our stay. The hotel is modern and clean, breakfast is very nice. if you want to have a quiet room, better not to stay the the front.

Excellent hotel!
A lovely hotel with great staff that are a credit to the Hotel. Lovely modern comfortable rooms and great views of the river from the higher floors rooms. Superb restaurant on the rooftop sixth floor very reasonably priced with great service also. This hotel is ideally situated just across the foot bridge and only a few minutes walk from the center of town. Well recommended and will be returning ! Special mention to reception staff Lana & Zura for whom nothing was too much trouble.

We were upgraded when we complained about the original room we were given. Front desk staff was helpful.The suite was spacious but that was the only good thing. Housekeeping did a terrible job. There were ants on tables. Food scraps on sofa. And the wifi is so slow in the room. The roof top restaurant service was so so. The only good thing is location but the white bridge outside was closed for renovation and we had to make a detour to cross the river into old town,

Good modern hotel in Kutaisi. Close to the centre. Friendly service. Breakfast buffet quite good. Only criticism was the internal air conditioning was very noisy and seemed impossible to turnoff.

Good breakfast buffet, very comfortable and air conditioned. Nearby construction meant having to walk a bit further to get to the historic part of town, but that is probably finished by now.

Good western-style hotel
This is quite a nice hotel, with comfortable, clean, modern rooms. It has a beautiful roof-deck bar with good cocktails and dining. Overall, it's a standout in otherwise pretty basic Kutaisi. You'll pay much more than the average hotel price for the town, but it's worth it for a good night sleep. It's a short walk to the city center where there's a lot going on at night.

American style hotel in the middle of Kutaisi
The management of the hotel runs a tight ship and it is obvious that they are trying to project as much of a "western-style" hotel vibe as much as possible. What does it mean? Well, that translates to over-enthusiastic tending to guests/customers. All staff will greet you with a smile and your plates will be taken in no time. While at times it may feel a little forced, it is actually pretty efficient and neatly run place. The room is on the smallish size by Georgian standard but absolutely adequate. The breakfast is plentiful with hotel items and an assortment of cheese and cold cut. Could not recommend this place enough.

FANTASTIC LOCATION, SUCH FRIENDLY STAFF GOOD HOTEL
Went with my husband had a good time, we stayed on the 2nd floor. the staff were so friendly with a smile every time. the hotel is very modern, in a good location. the room was large, modern, big tv, bed double king size bed. The most comfortable bed we have ever slept in. both had the best sleep ever. Plenty of wardrobe space, with dressing gown, slippers, shower gel, shampoo and body lotion. Good large shower with plenty of hot water and a good toilet with a good height which we both thought was so good. The breakfast was very good, we had fresh porridge made for us every morning, you can also order omelettes made to order. Had a good selection for breakfast, cereals, breads, toast, jams, cheeses, marmalade's, water, juice, coffees, teas, fruit, nuts, and vegetables. A good selection to please everyone. the roof top terrace was amazing, having drinks and relaxing in the comfortable chairs. Lika was such a nice and friendly waitress, We did not have dinner at the hotel as we like going out to try different restaurants. We cannot fault this hotel. It is one of the best we have stayed in a very long time, such good value for money and such nice and friendly staff. Well worth every penny we have paid. Cannot wait to come again. Everything was 100%. You must stay here, you will not be disappointed!!

There is probably no better place to stay in Kutaisi! Worth every last tetri. The bed was so comfortable, and I was really impressed by the bathroom. This place is virtually brand new and couldn't be in a better spot in the city. The staff was extremely friendly and spoke excellent English! Parking wasn't very straightforward because the hotel doesn't have a garage to itself, but I parked on the dead-end street that the hotel is on and (as far as I know) didn't end up with a ticket. For a hotel that was "sold out" for the night (I had asked to switch to a room higher up or with a better view), I found it extra strange that I saw no other guests there during my stay. Would have preferred one queen bed over two extra-wide twins. Wi-Fi worked like a charm.

Good base form visiting Kutaisi and surrounding ar
Really comforable hotel. Greast staff, would stay again however I would say the tranfers and taxi driver they use is very expensive compared to general local prices so you can ask form a second quote form transfers. We ended up paying less than half the original quote.

Comfortable hotel but poor welcome to Georgia
Would have marked lower but for lovely girl who served at breakfast. For a lot of people, your reception staff may be the first time they have encountered or spoken to a Georgian. They did not give me a good impression. Staff need customer service training and lessons in basic social skills, like smiling, acknowledging customers, being warm and friendly,etc,etc. It costs nothing but makes people feel valued. Room 109 was lovely apart from gap in balcony doors, letting in draught and noise and air con needed a degree in engineering to work out. Luckily, I have one.

Wonderful hotel
Superb location, wonderful staff and great interior. Beautiful views and couldn't be closer to the bridge. We walked from the hotel to the train station too. The staff were fantastic in checking us in so quickly in the middle of the night (3am flight arrival) and even brought toothpaste to our room. Highly recommend as the best place to stay in Kutaisi.
