Excellent hotel but disappointing breakfast
Excellent hotel however breakfast disappointing. The breakfast served was very nice however the choice becomes limited over several days and it would be far better to have a buffet breakfast like most hotels have nowadays. Only other complaint was that the WiFi was very poor in the room.

It is like a resort. Overall good. The sewerage system is not good especially the sewerage hole in the toilet, cant stand the foul smell.

I reached way early before the checkin time but was not allowed to check into the hotel before 1pm. Staff keep indicating for me to wait till 1pm. I request for an exception for eatly checkin on my part but staff ignores it.

The room aircon was not upto standard, despite reporting it nothing transpired, the decking around the pool is loose and is very noisy when guests come home after a night on the town. Dont ever stay on 1st or 2nd floor you wont get much peace and quiet, The hotel is well situated very close to beach, discovery mall and ground zero memorial, all within walking distance, eateries are in abundance again within walking distance

The showers were grubby terrible smell when using shower breakfast was not buffet style no variety .pool was cold not much sun near it too cold to swim meant to be 4 star not even more like 2 star .friendly staff very noisy area wouldn’t recommend

We enjoyed our stay at Ohana very much. The staff were amazing, the rooms are clean and spacious. Breakfast is a big variety. Location is also perfect on a quiet street in Kuta but also a 5min walk to everything. Would stay here again!!!!

hight Expectations? You can forget about this hotel.. Looking for a pay for what you get! This hotel is good enough. It got everything you need & Location is just outside the shopping district and happening. Away from the crowds but still within walking distance. All the Hotel staff very helpful.

Overall hotel is clean and staff are polite, friendly and good. close proximity to shops, Joger, Ole Ole shops within 3mins walk. 10mins walk to Sky garden Kuta. great trip !..Hotel needs to expore in providing more variety of food choices for breakfast.

recommended hotel in bali
hotel is nice, we stayed for 2 nights. walking distance from the beach. hotel room is good, cozy and modern style. toilet is ok. staff are friendly and helpful. food is ok but we stayed for 2 days and the breakfast is the same for the 2 days. i suggest they alternate the menu so the food isnt the same as yesterday but aside from food, everything is ok.
