Like access to 4 pool areas. Restaurants on ground level had great food and most staff very friendly. Was very disappointed at check in as we stood at desk and was not greeted or made to feel welcomed. This was our first trip overseas we stood there trying to get the ladies attention and they did not come to the desk. We ended up sitting at a table waiting for our friends to arrive to help us and find out if we were doing something wrong. Very daunting for my husband and I and our 12 year old child.

SPACIOUS AND CLEAN
Loved these apartments. So clean, spacious and well equipped. Comfy bed, good shower. Breakfast was good, great to have not one but two coffee machines that produced good coffee. One thing that didn't endear me was the pool areas, although pools nice they had a very un-Bali feel and a lot of squawking kids, not conducive to a nice relax by the pool.

Thanks for your feedback, we are currently upgrading all of the wifi points in the hotel so this should not be an issue in the apartments.

Top 3 reasons: 1. Location and Solid Hotel 2. Included Breakfast 3. Currency Exchange on Site! The included breakfast with a bar was really great. ( I suggest including mimosas and Bellinis on the menu too! :-) ) But we saved so much time and money by being able to eat here everyday. I loved that they switched up the menu a little bit but I would’ve liked to see a bit more variety especially with fruits and vegetables. The cleaning people were good and efficient by cleaning the rooms. They kept it maintained fairly nice during our stay. However, I noticed the bathroom doesn’t come with washcloths unless you asked or paid extra for them? Overall, it’s a decent place to stay. Really great central location... if you plan to do a lot of siteseeing. Most places you still need to travel by taxi to go to the best exhibits but for the price of hotel and general stay accommodations you have everything you need. Not luxury but very comfortable and decent.

Sucked us in first time then shit on us the next!
This was our second time at Kuta town houses, after renting a 3 bedroom family apartment last year my fiancé and I we excited to try out the single apartments with kitchenette as we were traveling alone. Upon arrival we were told we couldn’t check in yet even though we got there at 3:05pm. We waited 15 minutes and were given a room still being cleaned and as we entered the room the smell of mouldy air send our heads into a spin. We requested a new room which most of the 2 level had that distinct mouldy smell. We asked for a bottom level apartment which we thought was amazing being pool side but were unaware of the sewage smell that would woft through at random ours of the day and night cause us to dry reach. At 11pm we had to evacuate our room due to our room smelling so bad and we no one from front office came to check the room I asked to see the manager who took 2 steps into the apartment and could smell it but then went to the bathroom and almost passed out it was that strong. Safe to say we asked for a room on the other side of the complex but as they were smaller rooms we had to accept a down grade with no chance of any refund. We did get our DVD rental for free after asking for it as a form of compensation for having a downgraded room for 8 days with no refund cause they couldn’t provide us with decent accomodation.

KTH is our preferred option in Kuta. We have tried many different types of accommodation in Bali but keep coming back to KTH. Our last holiday we stayed our first 5 nights in a nearby hotel which wasn't bad but we were very happy that we had booked our last 7 nights at KTH. We will be back.

Great acommodation and excellent service, the only thing was the old style TV in the room when in fact the description and the photo of the room showed a modern style LCD TV.. So the USB stick with movies and music on it that we brought was useless..

Comfortable stay in convenient location.
Convenient location and well sized apartment. The bathroom fittings in our room are aged though and one of the bathroom sinks wouldn't drain. Apart from that it was a comfortable stay and I would recommend this place.

Good facilities plus this place has built in adapters for NZ/Australia. 4 pools to choose from plus one of them you can order from the bar in the pool! Very good location, just off the main strip in Kuta so its close but not too close. A good array of resturants in the area if your not keen on the Aussie Brazilian BBQ joint at this site. A massage/beauty treatment spa across the road and a couple laundry facilities just up the road.

Have stayed at Kuta Townhouse a few times, clean, spacious apartments, 4 pools, friendly staff. 5-10min walk to Beachwalk and Beach. Laundry service next to tattoo shop is great! Brazilian BBQ is AMAZING and well worth the price. DVD shop at end of road joining poppies 2 have best dvds and will tell you which ones are crap or not. Secret Garden Restaurant around the bend joining poppies 1 doesnt look like a place you would stay and eat...but great staff and good food. $40 odd dollars for a family of 4 including drinks! You will enjoy your stay!

Dissapointing, far better hotels!
Overall a dissapointing stay. I stayed here a few years ago and feel as though the 'hotel' has gone downhill. We were given a room that had a strong mould smell so requested to be changed (I've been to bali several times before, it wasn't the usual bali smell), we were made to wait in the smelly room for 40 minutes for housekeeping to come and take us to our new room but they didnt come so we went to reception. We were then told the new room was ready and had the key placed on the counter like we were an inconveniance. This room also had an empty water cooler and several locked cupboards, making it obvious that someone usually lived there. The new room was better, but again several locked cupboards so we were staying in someones home, which the hotel denied. Breakfast was ok, but no healthy options. We asked for a wake up call, which we didn't get. On checkout the reception staff were not friendly at all. My partner and I felt quite unwelcome. Would not stay again. There are far better hotels for the price, we chose this hotel for the location, but it wasn't worth it.
