Aged over 70. Did not appreciate having to climb 2 flights of stairs Could have had a lower floor. Hotel was clean, staff great and good location for us. Pool was nice and clean.

Lovely Stay!
I loved the central location, cleanliness, quietness, and value of this hotel. The food was tasty and the bed was super comfortable and with quality linens. The staff takes really good care of this property and it shows. I highly recommend staying here!

This is simply the best little hotel. The staff are what makes the experience even better. This hotel has mostly repeat visitors, and I am one of them. You would be hard pressed to find something to complain about. This is only a small hotel and this is what makes it so great. You get to know everyone (staff and visitors) I wouldn't stay anywhere else.

It is a central location and the atmosphere is generally great with the green plants etc. Internet leaves a lot to be desired and if you are making a stop between business intending to get caught up on some work you are behind on it can be frustrating.

Best mid-range hotel in the area.
Centrally located hotel. Upscale spa and very good open air restaurant. Everything is very clean and the staff is friendly and helpful. Nice pool with waterfall. Would definitely stay there again if I return to Bali.

Everything was so good except the internet I work on computer a lot so i need a wifi to work but in the room it wasn't much networks and everytime i have to come downstairs to do my work but it wasnt that bad coz nice view and they have restaurant where you can sit and do some work..

Best pillows in Bali. Handy to Discovery Shopping Centre. Clean and great omelettes for breakfast. Twice we have been here when yobbos roll up with boom box by the pool but every other time its been great. Free shuttle to airport Great for the price

Family vibe to the hotel with both staff and and other guests a lot of return guests, I will be a return guest. Great location, food and the peaceful atmosphere of the place love the greenery and pool area.

I love the staff at the green garden they go out of there way to make your stay excellent. I must admit i wish the breakfast was a bit better as it was the same each day with the food cold.

Drains in the bathroom kept getting blocked even after it was fixed property just old. We were given a noisy room. When we asked to be moved they said they didn’t have a spare room but they could have moved us to the family room which was vacant for the 7 nights we were there. We found them not very flexible or customer focussed. Staff smiled a lot but not willing to go out of their way

Fabulous! My room was bigger & better than my friends staying at Dynasty for $200/night. Awesome friendly staff, very clean, reasonably priced drinks & food compared to other resorts. The WiFi signal was average in my room but other than that fact I absolutely cannot fault it. Amazing value

Impressive at all levels
This is a great hotel where the staff are friendly and helpful. The rooms and general areas are spotless, the pool is inviting. The restaurant is well priced with good food and variety.. Satays at night and Omelettes in the morning from the "shack" are great. Good area for other offerings and ease of access. Thanks for another great stay.

The spa was really good, we got a full body Balinese massage. Worth the money. The location of the property was very central and close to the market. Nicefood and music everyday.

The staff are especially nice and helpful. Room was clean and well cared for. They go out of there way to make you feel like family. It only has two stars which I don’t understand. I woula ehwre again in a heartbeat

Short stay but perfect for what we needed.
Booked Green Gardens for one night as we were arriving to Bali late at night before transitioning to Ubud. We had stayed at their sister hotel Febris previously and were happy. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was just what we needed - clean tidy and comfy. The bed was amazingly comfy, more so than our next hotel actually. Breakfast was included, not an extensive selection but ample for the one breakfast we had there. The only negative thing to say is that the door to the shower opened inwards and covered the tap so it was rather difficult to turn the shower on.

We spent 13 nights here and were delighted to experience nice spacious rooms that were exceptionally clean and the staff were friendly and extremely helpful. This hotel is a boutique style small hotel with a great pool in a great location can't wait to visit again.
