Property is clean. Hotel staff are customer service oriented. Furniture and design outdated. But that’s not a problem for me. Just sharing for those seeking modern aesthetics. Area around the hotel has many local food options (reason i stayed in this area).

HALF HOUR TO BEACH FRONT
My stay was comfortable, I had seen the large swimming pool that was outside my bedroom window which looked nice. Sadly this is the Hotel near door, and as I came for a vacation which includes swimming, there was a very small swimming pool, which was outside the breakfast room, not good for a swim. The Hotel, was a good half hour walk to the beach too, so at least I did a lot of walking each day, there and back, which is good for the health. Marianne

I did not pay much for the room, and I got the same amount of value in return. I had 2 bed room as I like to have in my room. the first bed had small drops of, what it looked like to me, blood. So I switched to the other bed which was OK in comparison. There was always construction work going on so I did not enjoy my sleep. My room was facing the back side of the hotel which had a lot of dog barking. And the wifi did not reach all of my room Breakfast was good and had a mix of local and western food. Location was ok. A grocery store was next to the hotel and that is a plus.

Fantastic hotel.
Outstanding hotel. This is by far one of the best kept hotels on Bali with outstanding management and staff- and I've not seen that on Bali before. Walk into the lobby and it is airconned to your room- niiiiice! Manager matthew on the front desk and Ayu mgr of the breakfast were exceedingly good and will end up in a 5 star hotel. Staff very courteous and when you ask for a change- it gets done!Don't expect a 5 star brekky but is good enough to start the day and brekky restos is very hard to find on Bali.Definitely would recommend this hotel. Very few probs- pool was being fine tuned with new equipment but was only a bother for a day. Very afe, secure, clean and friendly AND TE PRICE IS RIGHT! Half a kilometer to beach and shopping but transpo is ez now with uber and grabcar. Grand Livio is fantastic and i'd stay again no prob. Also the gm and top mgt guys are customer friendly and greet you constantly so if you should find them lacking somehow- they get it done!

室内は改装をした様子だが、所々古い状態。部屋は予約時に注意をしなかったが、バスタフは無く、シャワーのみだった。なにより、このホテルは中国の旅行者がほとんどなので、夜中でも廊下で大声で話したり、朝食のバイキングが中国の団体客と重なると、すごい状態になる。私は翌日帰国のための一泊だけだったので、チェックアウト後、夜まで荷物を預かって頂けたのはありがたかった。フロントで【クラクラバス】※クタ地区などを巡回するバスの一日フリー券を無料で頂いた。フロントで路線の説明を受けたが、昔の準回路の説明をしたため、現在の路線とは違っていたので、そこは要注意。最新路線の日本語のパンフはホテルの入口に置いてあったので、チェックしてみるといいと思う。周りには特に何もないので、タクシーやクラクラバスで観光地を回るのも良いと思います。写真のプールは一階にありましたが、とても小さいので、泳ぐまでは行かないと思います。

バリっぽくはない
観光地から少し離れているので、団体の中国人やインドネシア人が多い感じ。 部屋はかなり綺麗だけれど、窓の外が隣のホテルの壁でバリの開放感は全くなくビジネスホテル。 シャワーのお湯がすぐ適温になり勢いよく出るのに感動。バリでは貴重です。 テレビ、ネットともに問題なし。 プールは貸し切り状態でした。水は綺麗。 朝ごはんは値段からしたらまあまあ。 クタ方面に用事があり泊まりましたが、観光で泊まるならやはりもっとバリっぽいところがオススメです。 ただ、ローカル向飲食店などは徒歩圏内にたくさんあります。
