"It's ok for the price. Cleanliness level isn't the highest and has a slight smell of cigarettes all over the property. Staff is nice, breakfast is ok, wifi is ok. Beds are comfortable and rooms spacious. Convenient for the port."

"We were greeted at the Entrance and checked in with the help of the customer service team. All went smoothly and shown up to our rooms. Extra duvet was requested and the sorted promptly. Stayed for 7 nights as a family of 5. Beach clean and tidied daily, pool areas the same. Entertainment team were brilliant and all spoke English. Children's club had things on and children could be signed in and out with no fuss. Restaurants were all clean, staff very helpful and and attentive. We would 100% recommend this hotel, it has a quiet chilled pace, and sometimes you don't get that in an all inclusive. Thank you for a great stay."
