Overall good but small. Also during my stay it was overcrowded and unable to find seats/beach beds by the pool or at the beach. Once when it was impossible to find one and when I managed to explain via google translator to staff they sent me to talk to reception. I was over it and decided to hang around the resort rather than go to experience another trouble.

Facility has new and old buildings. For those who needs to use elevator(baby trolley or people with disabilities) should select rooms from new building. Otherwise hotel may prepare a room from old building which doesn't have an elevator. Hotel crew looks like they are freshly onboarded, but they smile all the time and are trying to do their best. We had some issues to take care of and we got solution for those. Foods and snacks are nice, beach is so close and clean.

New hotel, great spot on the beach, good location
Hotel was lovely and we were upgraded to a suite room. Food choices throughout our stay were good, spa facilities and massages were excellent. Good choice of spots to relax with a number of bars.

Wonderful hotel with terrible management. My hotel room got mixed up, so I was given a different room. Service was poor and dirty kettle in the room. Basic items missing in room; had to ask staff twice before it was corrected. Food was good and beach was perfect. Overall, wouldnt recommend.

Hotel had to many rules!!! No Swimming pool towels available after 7pm, No Swimming after 8pm, extra costs for access to Jacussi and Sauna areas. Rooms were good, food was good although the service was poor.

It was a wonderful vacation , our Group from Palestine enjoyed in their trip to Kusadasi at this resort . everything was excellent ; Food , bar , Room , staff , beach , pools and other facilities . I highly recommend people to stay at this hotel . If they plan to visit Izmir , it worth it to stay some days at this resort to enjoy beach and Turkish food .

One of our favorite places
Fantastic place. Great staff, beautiful place. Super food. Great spa. They go overboard to make the place feel comfortable. We can't wait to go back. They have a customer service specialist who is there for anything that comes up. From the beautiful rooms to the huge pool and the inviting beach, we just can't wait to go back.

Schönes Hotel mit einigen Serviceschwächen
Tolle Zimmer , freundliche Zimmer Mädchen Personal an der Rezeption und insbesondere in Restaurants müssten alle auf Achtsamkeit & Kundenservice geschult werden. Sie haben kein Gefühl für Bedürfnisse der Gäste : Teller werden einenm einfach und rabiat vom Platz genommen, dabei reicht ein kurzer Blick auf den Tisch oder Gäste kurz fragen. Tische werden chaotisch und laut abgeräumt, Bedienung für die Getränke erfolgt unstrukturiert . Auch am Buffet werden auf wichtige Dinge (z.B. Sind überall Servierlöffel da nicht geachtet, obwohl laufend Personal "herumsteht") Generell ist es ein schönes Hotel mit schöner Lage. Solide aber Max 3 Sterne.

Çıkışta Sibel Hanımla memnuniyet üzerine konuşmamızdaki ilgisi ile, samimiyeti ve kücük caplı eksiklikler üzerine gelişime katkısı ve aidiyeti ile tekrar tatil için seçeceğimiz oteller arasında yerini aldı. Çalışanlar arasında lobby bardaki İhsan Bey ve Pastane kısmındaki Arda Hanım ın; talebimiz olmadan sundukları ekstra hizmet takdire şayandır. Relativ neues hotel mit strandlage
Das Flora Garden hatten wir als 5 Sterne Hotel gebucht. Das Hotel ist gepflegt und sauber. Jedoch waren und sind unsere Ansprüche für ein 5 Sterne höher. Die Anlage ist überschaubar. 2 Pools mit rutschen und das meer. 1 restaurant wo alle essen serviert werden und ein ala carte. Zudem gibts am Pool noch paar snacks. Relativ eintöniges essen mit oft gleichem essen. Die Standard Zimmer würde ich nicht empfehlen. Bleiben Sie im Hauptgebäude und ein Upgrade dazu. war vor Ort 10€ pro Tag. Lohnt sich. ansonsten würden wir vermutlich nicht nochmal kommen obwohl es nix dramatisches gab. Jedoch hatten wir bei 5 Sterne eine andere Erwartung.

Not a 5 star hotel at all!
Not a 5 star hotel at all! Would rate it as a 2+ -3 star hotel. Someone need to do a new review of this hotel asap. Service was bad. 99% of the Employers doesn't even speak one word of English. Poorly sunbeds, beach is dirty and has bad sunbeds too. Ordering soda from the bars around the all inclusive Resorts tasted alcohol, not clean glasses. Dirty fork and knives at dinner-table. The employees here don't speak English either and they didn't ask what we wanted for drinks to dinner, so we went to the bar to get it ourselves, then they seemed annoyed by it but still didn't care to take our order. Deluxe room has just a Glassdoor for the toilet, so you pretty much sit in the same room as your partner when emergency calls.

Ich kann euch das Hotel nur weiter empfehlen, wir müssten leider aus Gesundheit gründen das Hotel am zweiten Tag verlassen, das Hotel hat uns die restliche Tage nochmal uns zur Verfügung gestellt. Das Essen ist hervorragend stand sehr sauber, das Team sehr nett. Sehr sauber Ultra Luxus eingerichtet. Swim up ist wirklich top.

otele giriş yaptığım andan itibaren bildirdiğim hiç bir sorunu çözemeyip, en sonunda oda değişikliği yapmak zorunda kaldılar - 4 yaşındaki oğlum ilave yatak yerine bebek yatağı vardı, çözemediler. - sıcak su akmıyordu, çözemediler. - çift kişilik yatak talebimiz olmasına rağmen ayrı 2 yatak vardı, çözemediler. - banyo ve odada çöp kovası yoktu, 4 saat sonra getirebildiler. - banyoda sabun ve şampuan yoktu. - tuvaletin sifonu çalışmıyordu, onu çözdükleri için teşekkür ederim. en sonunda otelden çıkmak istediğimi iletince otel müdürü odamızı upgrade etti. Otel müdürüne teşekkür ederim.
