"We booked The Artiste in Kochi for four nights and ended up staying for seven because we loved it so much! The hotel is modern, comfortable, and the staff are truly exceptional. Everyone, from the team at the door to reception and the restaurant, went out of their way to make us feel welcome. A special mention to Kiran, the gym trainer, who was amazing. I did four sessions with him and my husband trained with him separately. He is professional, friendly, and made working out enjoyable even while on holiday. We were traveling with our young daughter, and the staff at the restaurant were so kind and attentive. They always made sure we were okay and even took time to engage with her, which made it pleasant and comfortable for us. The food was excellent! The chefs were attentive and came out each morning to let us know what’s available from the live station and brought us the snack of the day. The location couldn’t be better — the hotel connects directly to Forum Mall, which has everything: a kids’ play area, cinema, restaurants, a massive food court, shops, salons, and a supermarket. It made things so easy for our family, and my husband and I could even take turns going out while one of us stayed in the room with our daughter later in the evenings. We honestly didn’t want to leave! If we return to Kochi, we’ll definitely be staying at The Artiste again and will happily recommend it to friends and family. "

"We are from London on a family trip and had visited Kochi and Munnar so we were at the end of our trip to Kerala where we wanted to relax and enjoy the weather for a few days. We were glad we chose this resort as we really did relax, and have a lovely break so for us, it is probably the best resort in Alleppey! The resort is located in Beautiful lush green surroundings, very peaceful and serene that is very pretty. The staff all work hard to look after it from the ground staff and cleaners, to room service and management. Adarsh, Saidul, Matthew made us feel special, spoke good English and understood our requirements, feedback and gave great customer service. It was our 25th anniversary and they gave us balloons and decorated the room, as well as a freshly made cake which we all really enjoyed and appreciated. The food is excellent!! We didn’t go anywhere else as it was so comfortable, everyday there was plenty of choices. Dipankar, Manoj, Saidul and the Chefs are excellent and passionate about their restaurant, they gave us great service throughout. Aditi and Marcy are also doing very well. The activity room is excellent, with good options for all ages, especially the Table tennis / pool table. The room service staff including Akshay and Shalini are thorough and very friendly too. Overall we had an amazing stay because the location, food, staff were very good so it was one of our best family holidays abroad. Thanks to all the staff at Sterling Lake! "
